OMG, I just had a bad experience with thejacketfactory.com. To tell you the truth, I'm pretty disappointed. I was shopping online for a cool jacket and I thought this website would be a great option. Unfortunately, the quality is not up to par and there really wasn't enough information about the product to make an informed decision.

On top of that, the return policy is practically nonexistent. So, I'm stuck with something that I don't really like and can't even get a refund for it. I'm pretty bummed out.

Honestly, I would suggest going somewhere else, maybe even Marshalls, to find a jacket. At least there, you can see the merchandise in person and won't have to worry about dealing with crappy customer service.

So, I bought my missus a bomber jacket from The Jacket Factory for the Christmas present. Unfortunately, she wasn't keen on it, so I tried to send it back. But guess what? They didn't even bother to give me a refund or a credit for it.

I went to their website and found a return address in Florida. However, it turned out that the address was fake, birdbrain. When I called the Better Business Bureau in Florida to report this, they confirmed that The Jacket Factory is not registered as a legit business in the sunshine state.

To make matters worse, the unreliable lot won't even return any of my emails. What a dodgy group of folks. I'm warning ya, stay away from this scammy company and don't waste your money on their shoddy products.
