I bought the Dark Knight baton for work. I was in need of a new one. I like the feel and look. Opens easy and it's weight is balanced. Only downside is the holder. I wear a Tact Vest and the belt loop is not large enough to fit a duty belt. I'm using it with my old holder. Otherwise I have no complaints. Price was excellent, size too. Shipping was in an agreeable time frame.

I have bought some products from Streetwise Security Products. I was very happy with the shipping, and customer service. They were very polite, and helpful. No problem with shipping at all. When I had a problem with one of the items, they immediately sent me a new one. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone and I will definitely do business with them in the future.

Best of all services and the site, I went on and found what I was looking for easily, im sure if I asked I would've been helped, but usually when u ask they wanna know this and that here I found it ordered it easy than most and the service from order to door they kept me I formed thanks guys I look forward to purchasing some more products and recommending to friends family and staff

They didn't send the item listed and described I recieved a lesser product. They still have not refunded me over a week later told them repeated that the card used will not accept payment. They will hang up on you and make false accusations as well. The owner will make statement about talking to the employees about hang ups etc but just means they do nothing. Customers deserve better.

Home security is a great place to get any protective equipment. Not only the customer service is very professional. Everything is lifetime warranty also the delivery comes right on time on your front porch. I wouldnt recommend anyone that Needs pepper spray or tasers or any Self defense equipment Home security is the place to order. I love that company its a great business and I will buy more.

The best experience I have had with an on-line seller. The product I ordered was defective. I informed the company expecting that I would need to return the defective product under warranty. I contacted them and they immediately sent out a replacement. No questions asked, no need to return the defective product. I received the replacement a couple of days later.I would absolutely order from them again.

I ordered the stun light baton. It didnt come with any instructions. I emailed them and they immediately sent me detailed instructions. I plugged it in overnight to give it a full charge. And then tested it in the following morning. And it worked GREAT! Very pleased. This company has great products. Also some of the BEST communication Ive ever dealt with. Dont hesitate to buy from this company.Thank you VERY much!

I've purchased the Jolt mini stun gun and I've been satisfied with my purchase ever since. I carry it with me as part of EDC tools. It feels just right in your hand and is the right size. I love the three levels of accident prevention. So instead of just an off button, you get an flashlight option and then the stun gun option in which you need to use the disable pin is needed to be inserted before use. It does the job for me.

I bought this baton for my wife, and she actually practices with it and carries it with her. The baton is a nice size and seems to be will built for its purpose. The grip is nice and like the clip on it. The only issue is that every once in a while, it won't retract, and we have to try a few times to get it to retract. Other than that, I think it is pretty good. I am going to get one for myself at some point, as it is easier to carry than my Stun flashlight.

I was very excited to receive my taser! I ordered the Mega Stun Flashlight 100M! It came quickly, however to my disappointment they sent me a used item! The box was not sealed, and smelled like someone's house! It has chips in as if it had been used. The handle was dirty and dusty! I tried calling but of course they are not open on the weekends! They will be getting a call from me come Monday morning and hopefully I'll receive better service from what I've read on this page😕 we will see!

I have been extremely happy conducting business with this company. Many years back I purchased my first little stunner and it gave me more confidence being out and about in public in my power wheelchair, etc. Recently the stunner was damaged so I needed to consult again. I just received the beautiful purple stunner, alarm light. Fantastic product, fast delivery and to be perfectly honest, I had issues making a decision on purchases. Ordered the x26c taser from home security superstore hoping that I don't get shafted by the company. As a first time customer I was very worried that I would have a lot of problems and never receive what I ordered after I had read the reviews from previous customers. To my surprise within about 8 days from when I order I received my taser fully intact and just as described brand new in a sealed box. I'm very happy and satisfied with my purchase and as a first time customer I will be back to do more business with this company. Thank you for making it an easy transaction.

Their return policy is misleading. I returned a shirt that just did not fit. I sent it out immediately in the same package it came in. The package was not damaged and the product was not either. No tears or rips in the package. I am aware if that was damaged, there is a 30% fee. I called back to the company to verify what was wrong and they felt the package was damaged. The packaging looked used in the first place. The other problem is putting the product back into package was a hassle itself. They need to either clarify what damage means to them or just day any returns subject to 30% fee.

I got these for my sisters and niece and when I got these I charged it up and ran function test one by one. Good size and function buttons are nice and firm. Clip in the back is very useful for keeping it in purse or wearing a pants rather than just running loose inside of pocket.Light is bright enough to use to blind a person and get to a stun gun. And stun gun seems very powerful and it puts out very loud and intimidating noise. Only alarm sounds weaker than I expected it to be. I feel very safe my female family members operating and keeping it with them for safety. Hope they never have to use it. And even if when they do, I feel confident their use of this product.Only issue I had was one of them had a rattling noise from inside when given a shake but it seems all the functions are in working order. But I did not wanted to take a chance so I wrote them a complaint and ask for replacement. And they did send me a new replacement with out any questions or hassle and this also gave me a piece of confident and trust on this purchase and company.Also this web site have them shipped out quick timely manner I didn't had to wait too long.Strongly recommend.

I received the wrong used repackaged item. Order Number: XXXXXX. I ordered a Sony FM/AM Covert Spy Camera 1080p Radio for $298.76 ($315.75 with tax) that was charged to my Visa credit card on 04/02. It was an open, clearly used and repackaged Sony ICF-C318 Radio Reveil FM/AM Dream Machine.

just sent a email to this company because apparently they "delivered" an item to my house that I never received. After looking through the recordings on the cameras that are located around my house, I noticed that I never was even delivered a package from this company the day they " supposedly delivered a package to my house". I checked and the address on file was correct. I sent an email over to their customer service on this matter. I am highly upset because this website is a scam! After I bought an item that never came from this website someone tried to use my card unauthorized.

We have had a very unfortunate transaction with The Home Security Superstore. There are several dates, that include: Purchase: 5.20.2021 for $379.95. On 6/25, after the taser gun was received, it was defective and the company was notified via phone and email. Hello Customer Service, our number one goal is to make you a happy returning customer. My response 6/25: Because the box is torn, it appears a 30% return charge (about $100) can be refunded. As detailed in the attached picture, when the cord is attached, the battery pack cannot go in correctly (the battery cord is too short). Corey Berkley (manager) responded and said that he would replace it. Sent a label, we sent it in and he claimed that we did not send one of the four cartridges and therefore he could not replace or refund. They would keep the entire $379.95 even though it was returned. This company sells defective merchandise.

After making a purchase I was told I could return do to defect. They charged me a $200 30% restocking fee even though this contradicts their policy I recently purchased a Taser X26 for home protection from the Home Security Superstore order #XXXXXX. I had initially reached out via email because i was considering a different model but felt comfortable with my current model after discussing with customer service. The first time unboxing I then discovered a defect in the form of a glitchy laser that would not stay illuminated as this is a very important safety and functionality feature of the product. I emailed as well as called via telephone to discuss return. There was a nine issue return policy that was seemingly simple. They had taken a few days to process return request and I was sent a label and shipped the item in its original packaging back to the company. I was made aware via email that the package was received. I was told it could be up to 7-10 days for my refund to show in my account. After the refund was made and the other item was back in stock I had every intention of using this company again. I checked my bank account this morning and was surprised to see $520.00 of the $720.00 refunded. When I had reached out to inquire I was told that they charged me a 30% restocking fee. This contradicts their policy! If an item Is defective there is no restocking fee. Please help. Thank you
