Continuous calls. This company calls me almost daily and never leaves a message as to what they are about or want. It's really annoying and frustrating. I mean, come on, if you're gonna call someone, at least have the decency to leave a message, right? I have no idea why they keep calling me, and it's starting to drive me crazy. I wish they would just stop bothering me.

Despite this, they still insisted that I pay. They also started charging interest without any prior agreement or discussion, whether written or spoken. I paid 5 accounts in full that were in collections. The Hauge Group told me they won't remove the accounts from my credit report for 13 years, which goes against fair reporting rules. I called and asked them to kindly delete the accounts as they are fully paid and all of them were for medical services. Unfortunately, Hauge hasn't been very responsive and helpful. Since these accounts are fully paid and 7 years old, I want them to be removed from my credit report. I hope they consider all the accounts and make the necessary corrections with all 3 credit bureaus.
