I placed my order on 02/05/23 and received a confirmation email with an ORDER ID #***. However, I have not received any updates on the status of my order. I reached out to their Contact Us email alias on 02/20/23, but unfortunately, I did not receive a response. Finally, on 02/23/23, I received an email stating that my order is on the way. The email included a tracking number (***), but the package has been stuck at this stage for almost a month. The tracking information shows that a label has been created, but the item is still awaiting shipment. Since 02/23/23, I have not received any further communication or updates from The Game Island. I have tried to contact the company through various channels, but they have not responded to any of my attempts. It is extremely disappointing to see that they are taking advantage of people's hard-earned money and refusing to provide any customer support. At this point, I have lost all hope of ever receiving the item I paid for from these dishonest individuals. All I am asking for is a refund, as I have no confidence in their ability to fulfill my order. It is crucial that action is taken to shut down this fraudulent company.
