A year and a half ago I signed on with the college network to the tune of $6000 +. I am paying monthly to southeast credit union who deducts the payment directly from my checking account. Trouble is I am not using the college network curriculum., I have taken all my courses through regis university. I do not need half of what the college network said I do! I want my money back asap! Every cent including the down payment. I am completing my bsn in two weeks and have not once used anything from the college network. Give me my money back please!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

I would like a refund. I paid for whole program for LPN to RN program. I prepaid for all the test and only took 1. There was 8 modules I paid for and test. Only received 1 study material . I paid $7,127.40 over 5 years and nothing to show. I have all my payment documents and everything of proof . Was very unhappy and the study material for the the 1 class I had was horrible.
Please let me know if there is any chance to get any part of the thousands of dollars spent at this publishing company portraying themselves as a college! It would be great to have some type of reimbursement to help pay my actual legitimate student loans.

I gave the college network $9000 in 2010. I was never able to use their program. I even prepaid for exam fees. I tried to use some of their courses while working on my BSN with another school and wasn’t able to reach anyone. I then found out they closed. How do I get my money back? Is there a class action law suit?
Have you any direction as to how to get your money back? I paid in full, i was not aware that they closed, I want my money back also!

I was told I could do my LVN to RN. I purchased the program for 10+k. After not been able to do one successful class I called was told they didn't offer the LVN to RN anymore. To call back when I was ready to my BSN. When I was ready to do my BSN I wasnt able to log in or get anyone through the phone. Decided to go through another university. Now I want to do my PHN. I'm currently attempting once agatrying to use the college network at least once in my carrier to make me feel better about paying so much money and getting nothing in return. If anyone figures out how to get their money back, please help.

I too made the mistake of TCN.
Now, after only 2 class completions, and about a decade, i still don't have my RN. I started reading a few classes at a local college and have access them, but after being out around $13k thanks to TCN, I may never be able to afford to finish my education.
If there is ANY way to recuperate some, if not all, of my unused funds, maybe i would be able to finish school and get a decent job.
I'm in on any legal actin being pursued.

I too went through College Network , paid over $13,000 for Lpn to RN. Got through 1 course and wasn’t able to test out. I got in touch with them and they said I needed to start over and they would send me the current book for the 1st subject. Never got the book and wasn’t able to get in touch with them. Found out they filed bankruptcy. Now I’m out 13 grand😞
I have tried for year to get my lpn bridge to rn. I can never log in and the website is always down. When I signed up with a set amount of classed.. all the sudden the class loan doubled. The classes I took at a real college did not count. I would like a refund

As a victim of college network I would like a full refund as well! I am never able to sign into the website! I was promised many things and it's been several years! The website is always down.
I am also a victim of the college net work. I received a letter from the Director of customer relations which states that the contract I signed with The college net work indicates that your degree program has a lifetime guarantee and an academic guarantee. It has taken me a while to start the program but now that I’m ready it’s closed with no working number for TCM to be reached. I need immediate help and getting a full refund so that I can put this towards another program that’s actually validated. Can anyone please help? Is the class action lawsuit still ongoing? Is it too late for me to sign up?

Same for me. I signed up, paid in full, life happened and I want to start earning my degree now, but they're out of business.! So much for learning at your own pace. I want a refund.

I’m interested in finding out more information about this as well. I will keep checking around to see how this can be accomplished. I am comforted to know that I’m not the only one in this boat. I have kicked myself for years for being taken advantage of in this way but I see that I’m not the only one.

I too am a victim of The College Network/SouthEast Financial. A representative came to my home and refused to take no for an answer, I finally signed up and paid monthly for books/modules that some I didn’t get, and the ones I got were outdated. When I would call I was told I’d have to pay more for updated or additional material. I paid monthly until it was paid in full as to not ruin my credit, but got absolutely zero out of it. I would like a refund as well. This is absurd that a company could get away with this.
I was also scammed. I paid 15000 through southeast financial. I tried to get information after I got ripped off but got nowhere. I love in CA does anyone know how I should proceed in getting my refund?
I paid for the whole program and found out that California doesn't even recognize their accreditation after the fact speaking to one of their educated advisors. I remember the [censored] that came to my apt, sat with my husband and baby at my dinner table claiming others graduated... How could I be so stupid? I WANT MY MONEY BACK! How can you possibly get a refund of money paid, I still have a balance these crooks are trying to collect from their scandal! I signed up back in 2012 and paid them a couple grand and never received 1 credit and couldn’t get any answers or cancel! FRAUDULENT is what this company is!

I want a refund also. I paid for the whole program and was only given one module to study. I called and ask all remaining modules be sent since I paid for them. Customer service said all on computer and would not send out any paper study guides. This was not what I was told when I signed up. I hope one day these frauds are in a hospital and a nurse they ripped off has to care for them. Nursing shortage and we are over worked and under paid! Took my money every month. Has anyone gotten any money back?

How do we get out of these contracts? I called and complained with a customer service rep. The info that you gain access to is a bunch of garbage and will only help you pass the tests IF you take it upon yourself to study info that isn't included in the curriculum they give you. Any info?
