The Boot Barn review: Men's Jeans 36MWZ

Ordered on-line, two pair Men's Slim Fit 36MWZ size 33X30.) I have purchased these in the past and they are a perfect fit, even after many washings). When I received the new pairs, I washed them before wearing, as the material is rather stiff. When I put them on, they are uncomfortably tight through the crotch area, nothing like the previous pairs purchased. Customer service will not accept a return because I washed them. So now I have 2 pair of brand new jeans that are not wearable. I might add that I have not gained any weight between the time I ordered the first pairs and this purchase. These pants are obviously defective and I am out over $100.00. Simply not fair.
