I purchased a kitten which was very expensive 2 weeks ago from this breeder to find out today that the poor thing not only has an upper respiratory infection but herpes. Yes it can be treated but what bothers me is I called to let the breeder know seeing that it is highly contagious and either the mother or father of the kitten has and is spreading this viral infection and she informed me that it was no big deal. Not only did I have to pay 200.00 in Vet fees today but will have to continue to buy meds to treat this cat for the rest of its life. I only would like to see her take care of the situation and not continue to sell kittens knowingly of this. I asked her the day I picked him up what was wrong with his eye and she assured me that it was nothing. She has NO consideration for the animals she breeds as well as the buyers! Please beware of this! Thanks

I had issues with this breeder as well. Within days of picking up my kitten she ended up in the emergency vet's office on an IV and in an incubator. I was told that she had giardia and that she was malnourished. The vet said she was probably weened from her mother too soon and was not fed properly by the breeder. They didn't expect her to live. Thankfully she did, but it cost me nearly $1000 in vet's bills. When I brought the issue to Joy's attention she told me it wasn't her problem and I would have to sue her if I wanted her cover any of the vet bills. My cat is fantastic and I'm so happy to have her, but I wouldn't recommend this breeder to anyone. They don't take care of the animals!
Bad vibe soon as I arrived to pick up my bengal. Very true about breeder only concerned with payment. Bought a Bengal from Joy and his ears were filthy and full of mites. Would not recommend this breeder to anyone. I had looked up the complaints beforehand, thinking I'll find out myself, complaints were pretty accurate. Just thought a 'caring' breeder would take more consideration of health issues ESP because of kittens high prices. I have not received a response back. Was told they had a good reputation years ago but that has definitely changed.
I bought a Silver Bengal boy from Temptation as well. When we picked him up, she was supposed to provide the medical records for him, including shots. She said, "oh, I forgot them. I'll send them out tomorrow" It has been over 3 months and no records. I have emailed, called, and left messages many, many times. I have never recieved a response. Yet, she was very prompt to respond through both email and phone to make the initial deal. Well, seeing that I had no records, all shots and boosters had to be redone (on my wallet of course). On top of all of that, he had ear mites, which spread to all of our other 5 cats. That made a cumulative vet bill of well over $600. It will be interesting to see what happens when he is supposed to be neutered (required by legal contract) and she checks up to see if it was done... Stay far away from Joy of Temptation Bengals. They may have moderately lower prices, but the vet bills have made my purchase way more expensive than the top bengal breeders.
I have purchased two Bengals from this breeder and I am very happy. My bengals are beautiful, happy, healthy cats and I would buy my Bengals from no one else.
I also have a bengal kitten from this breeder that I'm not very happy with because of its health issues. It is certainly not comparable to the other bengal that I have from another breeder.
