Talabat UAE review: Detect fraud using my card to order food 3 times and no assistance by talabat

To whom it may concern

My Talabat account has been hacked & purchases have been made on 5 October 2022 & today using my bank account. I received the following notifications from my bank:

Your debit card XXXxx63 linked to acc. XXXxx0001 was used for AED43.08 on Oct 5 2022 3:04PM at TALABAT, AE.

Your debit card XXXxx63 linked to acc. XXXxx0001 was used for AED25.00 on Oct 10 2022 11:34AM at TALABAT, AE.

Please reverse these payments back to my bank account immediately & close my Talabat account.

This is totally unacceptable & I won’t be using your services again in the future if you cannot even keep customers bank details safe on your application.
