Tableclothsfactory.com Worst company ever

am 3 months pregnant & have never been so stressed out by a company before. They say 1 thing but they do not follow through or keep their word. They are also crooks. Long story short, I spoke to a representative named Diana who after I explained the situation of my return told me via chat "I spoke to my refund department who decided to refund you the whole amount you paid to your PayPal account". The next day I get an email from that same rep telling me that they can't & would be crediting my account with them instead & only refunding me $7 on PayPal acc of which I paid with.

What's funny is that I paid $33.46 with my PayPal yet they want to only refund me $7.

Please avoid this stress & aggravation & shop elsewhere for your event needs

Tableclothsfactory.com Frustrating Experience with Tablecloths Factory: Poor Customer Service and Order Delays

I recently had an experience with Tablecloths Factory and I must say, it was quite frustrating. I had placed an order on April 28th and after numerous emails and online chats, I received two emails. The first email stated that my order was cancelled and the second email, which I received on May 3rd at 5:13 pm, informed me that my items were on back order. I was expecting to receive my order on May 6th, but that did not happen.

I must say, the customer service was not up to par. I spent four hours on live chat and still did not receive the help I needed. It was quite ridiculous. I am considering reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and making sure that other customers hear about my experience.

Although there are other companies that do the same kind of business as Tablecloths Factory, I would advise being careful. Their customer service policy needs to change and they need to stop lying to their customers. It is not a good way to do business.

However, I do believe that God will provide me with the items I need for my event. I hope that Tablecloths Factory will take my experience into consideration and make the necessary changes to improve their customer service.

Tableclothsfactory.com Disappointing Experience with Tablecloths Factory: Poor Customer Service and Shipping Practices

I recently had an experience with Tablecloths Factory that left me feeling disappointed and frustrated. I had ordered some candle operas for my daughter's sweet 16 party and paid for two-day shipping as I needed them urgently. However, when they arrived, I was dismayed to find that four out of the 18 were broken. This was a big problem for me as I needed 17 of them for the lighting of my daughter's candles.

I immediately contacted the company and requested that they replace the four broken candle operas. I also explained that I needed them to be shipped overnight as my daughter's party was only two days away. However, to my dismay, the company refused to pay for the shipping and could only offer to ship them via regular ground. This meant that I would receive them three days after my daughter's party, which was not helpful at all.

I was extremely frustrated with the situation, especially since the company had not specified that the merchandise was fragile when they shipped it. I had paid for the shipping with the expectation that the candle operas would arrive in good condition and on time. Unfortunately, this was not the case.

To make matters worse, when the replacements finally arrived, two of them were broken again. This was a huge disappointment, and I felt like I had wasted my time and money dealing with this company. To add insult to injury, the only way to contact the company was through their online customer service, which took 15 minutes to respond to each question.

Overall, I would not recommend Tablecloths Factory to anyone. Their customer service was poor, and their shipping practices were not up to par. I was extremely disappointed with my experience and will never order anything from them again.

Tableclothsfactory.com Disastrous Experience with Tablecloths Factory: Missing Items, Poor Quality, and No Refund

I recently made a purchase from Tablecloths Factory for my wedding. I ordered a total of 25 tablecloths and 25 toppers, and I even paid extra for expedited shipping. All of the items were listed as in stock, and my order was confirmed with all items listed. I was notified that my order was shipped on time, but when I received my order, I was shocked to find that half of my order was missing!

I was in a panic and immediately reached out to Tableclothfactory for help. However, I was disappointed to hear that the missing tablecloths were "not in stock and were now back ordered, sorry for the inconvenience". To make matters worse, Tableclothfactory refused to priority ship any substitutes. I was left with no choice but to beg a local company to allow a last minute rental order so that at least the tables at my wedding had cloths.

To add insult to injury, Tablecloths Factory still hasn't refunded my money for the items they never sent. I am extremely disappointed with their service and would never order from them again.

To make matters worse, the items that I did receive were very wrinkled and made of the cheapest possible polyester. Each one required extensive steaming to use. I was not impressed with the quality of the items, and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Overall, my experience with Tablecloths Factory was a complete disaster. I would advise anyone looking to purchase tablecloths or other event items to look elsewhere. Save yourself the hassle and frustration and find a company that values their customers and provides quality products.

Tableclothsfactory.com Disappointing Experience with Tablecloths Factory: Damaged Product, Poor Customer Service, and Lengthy Wait Time

So, I had an experience with Tablecloths Factory that I just have to share. I ordered a 7 tier square cupcake stand and it arrived in a decent amount of time. However, when I opened the box, I noticed that the bottom tier was chipped and there were only 2 screws included. I was a bit frustrated because there was no phone number to call, so I had to use the message app to contact customer service.

After talking with a representative, I was asked to put together the stand even though I had just told him that I only had 2 screws. I mean, come on, it's not rocket science! We went back and forth for about 20 minutes until he finally offered to send me replacement screws and give me 10% off the damaged bottom tier. I was not happy about this because I did not order a damaged product, but he insisted that it was the best he could do and it would equal up to $13.

I asked to speak to a supervisor and after a while, he came back and said that he could send me a new bottom tier and a $13 gift card. He said it would take 7-10 days to ship, but it ended up taking a whole month for me to receive my parts. By that time, my event had already passed and I didn't even get to use the cupcake stand.

Overall, I was extremely disappointed with my experience with Tablecloths Factory. I don't think I will ever order from them again. It was frustrating to have to deal with customer service through a message app and the whole process took way too long. I just wanted a functioning product for my event, but unfortunately, that didn't happen.

I had a really bad experience with Tablecloths Factory. Their Customer Service is the worst I've ever encountered. If something goes wrong with your order, don't expect any help from them. I learned the hard way that it's not a good idea to order from a company that doesn't have a phone number for Customer Service.

My order was delayed because of their internal policy for new orders. When it didn't arrive, I had to contact them through their chat service. They said they fixed the problem and that my order would arrive the following Tuesday. I told them that it was too late because I had a party on Wednesday. So I had to delay my party until Friday. But the order didn't arrive on Tuesday as they promised. When it still hadn't arrived on Thursday, I had to go to the store and buy everything I needed. Throughout the whole ordeal, their Customer Service department took no responsibility for the delays. They refused to pay for rush service, even though they were the ones who delayed my order. They failed to deliver when they promised a second time. The whole experience was a mess, and it was made worse by the fact that I couldn't speak to anyone in person.

If you're looking for a dependable, responsive, and honest company, don't shop at Tablecloths Factory. Their Customer Service is terrible, and they don't care about their customers.

Tableclothsfactory.com Beware of Hidden Custom Fees: My Disappointing Experience with Tablecloths Factory

I recently bought some linens from Tablecloths Factory for my upcoming wedding. I was really excited because the website said that there was free shipping and risk-free shopping. However, since I live in Canada, I was informed that there would be a shipping fee. Even with the fee, it was still cheaper to buy the linens than to rent them in my own community.

When my package arrived today, I was really disappointed. The UPS driver told me that there was a $169 custom charge to accept the item. I had ordered two boxes and my total purchase was about $500. If I had known about the custom fee, I would have never ordered the item. There was no warning about this on the website.

I tried to use the live chat to get some help, but after over 30 minutes of chatting, all the chat agent could say was "sorry for the inconvenience". I looked all over the website and at my order, but I couldn't find any information about a custom fee. The website only said that there could be a slight change in price due to customs. $169 is not a slight price change!

I decided to refuse the item, but now I'm being told that I will be charged to ship it back. This experience has definitely not been "risk-free shopping". I just want to warn others so that they know about the custom fee. There is no warning about it on the website, and it's a really big charge.

Overall, I'm really disappointed with my experience with Tablecloths Factory. I thought I was getting a good deal, but it turned out to be a lot more expensive than I thought. I would not recommend this website to anyone who lives outside of the United States.

Tableclothsfactory.com Positive Experience with Tablecloths Factory: Quality Product and Good Customer Service

I didn't even know that Tablecloths Factory was the same company as Ya Ya Creations and Efavormart until I got my invoice after ordering. I was a bit nervous about my order of organza overlays actually arriving, but within 10 days, I got 3 out of the 7 I ordered. I contacted the company through their "chat" system on their website to let them know that I didn't receive all of my order. It took about 30 minutes to convince the customer service person that I really didn't receive all of my order, but they eventually understood and shipped out the rest of my order within 7 days. I was so relieved!

I did make a mistake and initially ordered the wrong size, but I returned them with my new order invoice to get a full refund. I'm happy to report that I did receive my full refund within 4 weeks of sending back the incorrect size I ordered. Although I did have to send them the order of the correct sized cloths in order to not have a large restocking fee charged. But all in all, I am very pleased with the customer service and the quality of the product.

The quality of the 85" chocolate swirl organza overlays was pretty much exactly what I saw on their website. It wasn't super high quality as the satin edges weren't doubled up on both sides, but that was fine for my purposes. The swirling organza was really beautiful and added a nice touch to my event. I would definitely order from Tablecloths Factory again.

Overall, I had a positive experience with Tablecloths Factory. The customer service was a bit slow to understand my issue, but they eventually resolved it and I received my full refund. The quality of the product was what I expected and I would definitely order from them again.

I gotta say, I had a pretty bad experience with Tablecloths Factory. I've never been one to leave a negative review, but this one was just too much to let slide. We ordered a bunch of stuff from them, almost $300 worth, and we were promised that we'd get everything by April 12th, 2018. We had an event coming up on the 15th, so we needed everything in time for that. But then they only sent us part of the order, and didn't bother to send the rest. And get this, they tried to tell us that they sent us an email saying that the rest of the stuff was on backorder. But that was a straight-up lie! They just didn't keep track of what they had sent us, and thought that they had already filled the order.

So I didn't get my last shipment, which was supposed to come today, and when I called them up to ask about it, they had no idea what was missing. And then, get this, they had the audacity to tell me that if I paid $100, they could get it to me by Saturday. Like, what?! That's ridiculous! And then they said that it would cost $288 to ship it to me in time for the event. That's just crazy talk! Shipping doesn't cost that much! And then they had the nerve to tell me that they could ship it to me on Monday, after the event was already over. Like, what good is that gonna do me?

I told them that if they sent it to me on Monday, I was gonna reject it. They're really ruining our reputation because of their carelessness. They were so quick to take our money, but they're not quick to fix their mistakes. It's just not right.

I gotta say, I wish I had done more research before I went ahead and placed my order with Tablecloths Factory. I mean, I found out later that they got an "F" rating from the Better Business Bureau, and boy did I see why. I ordered my stuff on February 14th, and I even paid extra for "expedited" shipping so I could get it by February 22nd, well before my event on the 25th. But guess what? They didn't even send out my order until February 19th, and they sent it "ground" even though I paid for "expedited" shipping. And when I checked the tracking info from UPS, it said it wouldn't arrive until February 26th, which was AFTER my event. I tried to contact them on February 21st, 22nd, and 23rd to let them know it wouldn't arrive in time, but they didn't do anything about it. They just kept saying it would arrive by Friday, February 23rd, even though UPS said it wouldn't. They wouldn't even send out another express order, even though there was still time. So I had to rush and pay extra to rent and buy the linens I needed for my event. And their customer service reps were just awful. They didn't care at all and didn't want to help me out. It was pretty clear that this kind of thing happens all the time, and they just don't want to take responsibility for it.

This company is a total scam! I can't believe I fell for it. I ordered a bunch of chandeliers from them and it's been months and I still haven't received anything. They keep telling me that the items are backordered or discontinued, but they charged my card right away. I tried to exchange some items and they were also out of stock. I never received any communication from them about the status of my order. I had to keep reaching out to them through their chat system because they don't have a phone number. It's been four months and I still haven't received a refund. They keep making promises they can't keep and denying everything. I have all the chat records to prove it. They were supposed to mail me a check, but now they're saying they refunded the money to a closed account. My bank has no record of it and they won't issue the refund unless I provide bank statements from the closed account, which is impossible. I've wasted so much time chatting with them and trying to get my money back. It's been a total nightmare. Don't make the same mistake I did. Do your research before buying from this company. They also go by efavormart and Yaya.

I was looking for an alternative to giving Amazon more money and found tablecloths factory.com. I received my order in a timely manner. The tablecloth is actually being used to cover our bicycles on the balcony from the sun! It is huge! Charcoal gray and is doing a great job. If I had a table that big, it would look great. Very nice color and it is polyester so should clean up well. Sorry I'm not using it for what it was intended, but it works.

I ordered the small plastic round jars with a white lid. I absolutely loved them for a baby shower. I was able to attach a round 2" custom label on the lid and I filled with blue Hershey kisses, a small glitter star sticker on front of jar, for our Twinkle Little Star theme. I did a shower by mail, but I had goodie bags delivered along with the Thank You cards. I will definitely keep this company on my list, for whenever we can do parties again.

I found my small white gift pouches for my jewelry here as other big online retailers didn't have the quantity or the size I needed for my VIP customers. These little favor boxes are SO much more than we'd thought and we're glad that we purchased 2 sets from the get go! They're very shiny, well constructed and really WOW with size. We're planning on using them for gift-lets for our guests. Everything we've purchased from Table Cloth Factory has been a solid, quality item for a very reasonable price and shipped quickly and soundly for a fast, safe travel to us without incident or delay. I highly recommend this store to anyone and everyone.

Exactly what I wanted. I needed a large pink Tablecloth for my dining room table for my granddaughter's baby shower. It was the perfect shade of pink, hung beautifully once the wrinkles were out, and everything looked so nice once the spread was out. Very nice texture and I imagine it will wash up nicely. Very pleased with it as I ordered others to be used during the shower on assorted card tables. The large selection of colors to choose from was a plus, the price was great, and it arrived in no time at all. No complaints.

Excellent customer service. I ordered an inexpensive table cloth -- and needed it next day. They sent it out for next day -- but I did not receive until 2nd day (when I no longer needed it!) Because I had paid so much to have it delivered next day, and it wasn't, I wrote them asking for a partial refund of my shipping costs. Although it was not their fault -- was due to fedex/ups -- they agreed to refund me half of what I paid for shipping. Because of their excellent customer service -- they have earned my repeat business!

Have ordered extra large/long tablecloths severa; times because pricimg is so low, I can afford variety. I try to always have cloth tablecloth and napkins when we have family dinners. My grandparents did and it prepares younger family for occasions they will encounter in life. The polyester tablecloths and napkins wash amazingly. I do cold water, delicate dryer and NO WRINKLES. I recently ordered 2 garlands at a great price and wove the sunflower one around an old grape vine wreath and it looks cheery and expensive. (it's Not).

I ordered 2 tablecloths from tableclothsfactory.com. I was very pleased with their service and quality. Colors are stunning as in pictures on-site. I had an issue with one tablecloth, it arrived with 2 holes. I emailed company via chat and sent pics. They right away said they will re-send me a replacement as soon as in stock. As soon as I receive replacement I will update this post. The only downside is that shipping is 3x more than other sites. The reason I ordered from here despite high shipping costs.. was because they had my order in stock.at time.

Tableclothsfactory.com Disappointed with Tablecloths Factory's Shipping Policies

I recently made a purchase from Tablecloths Factory and I have to say, I was a bit disappointed with the experience. I placed my order over a week ago and was surprised to find out that my items had not yet been shipped. I had to reach out to their customer service team to inquire about the delay.

As it turns out, the reason for the delay was because I had preordered some items that were not yet in stock. Apparently, Tablecloths Factory does not ship out partial orders and instead waits until everything is available before shipping. This meant that my entire order was on hold until the preordered items arrived, which was estimated to be at the end of the month.

I gotta say, I had a pretty rough experience with Tablecloths Factory. I ordered something that looked great in the pictures, but when it arrived it was way smaller than I expected. And let me tell you, returning it was a whole ordeal. I had to pay for shipping to send it back, which ended up costing me even more than the original purchase. And even with a full refund, I still ended up in the negative. It's just not fair, you know?

I gotta say, I had a pretty bad experience with Tablecloths Factory. I was planning my wedding and needed some cups - wine glasses and tumblers, to be exact. I ordered 22 packs of them, thinking I was getting a good deal. But boy, was I wrong.

The first three packs I opened were all cracked or broken in some way. And the quality was just plain cheap. I mean, I get that I wasn't paying top dollar, but I at least expected the cups to be usable.

So, I reached out to customer service. And let me tell you, it was a nightmare. I had to contact them three times just to get a response. And when I finally did, they gave me the runaround. They wanted me to go through each pack of cups and see "how broken" they were before they would even consider a refund.

I spent hours on the chat and the phone with them, and it was just a huge waste of time. In the end, I had to ship the items back on my own dime. It felt like they were trying to make it as difficult as possible for me to get a refund.

Honestly, I would recommend taking your money elsewhere. This company just isn't worth it. If you're looking for cheap cups, you're better off going to the Dollar Tree. At least there, you know what you're getting.

Tableclothsfactory.com Amazing Products, but Beware of Hidden Fees for International Shipping to Canada

This website is absolutely amazing! They have a wide variety of products that are perfect for any occasion. I was able to find everything I needed and even more that I wanted to order. The quality of the products is top-notch and I am extremely satisfied with my purchase.

However, I did encounter a bit of a problem when it came to shipping to Canada. The shipping cost was already quite high at $180CAD, but what really caught me off guard was the additional $220CAD custom and duties fee that I was asked to pay upon delivery. This fee was half the cost of the products I had ordered, which was quite a shock.

I wish that the website would be more transparent about these fees so that customers can be aware of what they are getting themselves into. It would be much better to see the actual prices, including the fees, on the website rather than being surprised by such a large cost increase. This was a bit of a disappointing experience, but overall I am still happy with my purchase and the quality of the products.

I recently hosted a bash for a whopping 120 people at my humble abode. I was in dire need of some party supplies and that's when I stumbled upon Tablecloths factory. I was ecstatic to find everything I needed on their website - from tablecloths to table runners, plates, napkins, cups, utensils, and more. I ended up spending a pretty penny, but I figured it was worth it for the convenience.

After the party was over, I realized that I had a few items left over that I wanted to return. I went online to initiate the return process and that's when I was hit with a rude awakening. Their return policy was not as straightforward as I had hoped. Apparently, if the items are unopened, you have the option to receive a credit from Tablecloths factory or send each order back in a box with only that order number and pay for shipping.

For instance, I had some forks, knives, and napkins that I wanted to return, which totaled to $23.98. However, I had to pay a whopping $21.49 for shipping. I was flabbergasted! They claim that you can return items, but their policy is not explained clearly. I was extremely disappointed with their return policy and would never recommend this company to anyone.

Overall, my experience with Tablecloths factory was not a pleasant one. While their website had a great selection of party supplies, their return policy left a sour taste in my mouth. I hope they can improve their policy in the future to make it more customer-friendly.

I recently had an experience with a company that goes by the name of Tablecloths Factory (tableclothsfactory.com) and I must say, it was not a pleasant one. Our UPS driver, who is quite familiar with the company, guessed it was them as soon as he saw the COD label. Apparently, they are notorious for customer complaints and I can see why.

The main issue we had with this company was their shipping process. They split our order into several shipments and each time we were expected to pay around $40 COD for delivery. This was quite frustrating, especially since we are located in Canada and they ship via basic ground UPS, which incurs an additional $25+tx UPS processing fee. After the first time, I requested an upgrade to international air, but they refused. I even offered to pay for the upgrade, but they still refused. After six different attempts, they still could not understand my sentences as to why we needed the upgrade.

In the end, we ended up paying much more than we would have if we had ordered from a reputable Amazon seller or warehouse. There were no benefits to ordering from Tablecloths Factory, only added costs and hassles.

Overall, I would advise anyone to avoid this company. Their shipping process is a nightmare and their customer service is lacking. It's just not worth the added stress and expense.

Tableclothsfactory.com Disappointing Experience with Tablecloths Factory: Wrong Color Received and No Resolution Offered

I recently made a purchase from Tablecloths Factory for my wedding. I ordered a total of 35 tablecloths a few months ago. When the boxes arrived, I was excited to see the color was perfect and everything seemed to be in good condition. However, last night when I opened all the boxes to iron the tablecloths, I was shocked to find that one of the boxes contained tablecloths of a completely different color.

I immediately contacted customer service through their live chat feature since they do not have a phone number. I explained the situation and was disappointed to hear that since my order was placed over 3 weeks ago, they could not do anything except offer me a 10% discount on my next order to get the correct color. I was frustrated because I now have 17 tablecloths in the wrong color and they were not willing to offer a refund or exchange to help me.

Overall, I am extremely disappointed with Tablecloths Factory and their customer service. It is unacceptable to receive the wrong color tablecloths and not have any options for resolution. I would not recommend this company to anyone and will not be making any future purchases from them.

I'm a mom of 9 and I shop online a lot. I was really disappointed with Tablecloths Factory. I ordered some stuff for my daughter's wedding and it said it would ship in 5-7 days. But after almost 3 weeks, I had to reach out to them to find out what was going on. They put my order on hold and didn't tell me anything about it. I was really frustrated.

When I called them, I got a lady who had an accent and it was hard to understand her. She didn't really help me and didn't seem to care about my problems. She said I had to send them a copy of my bank statement before they would ship my order. That's crazy! I canceled my order and went with a different company that was more professional.

I don't recommend Tablecloths Factory. They don't communicate well and their customer service isn't helpful. It's too bad because I was really looking forward to using their products for my daughter's wedding. But I guess it's better to find out now than to have a bigger problem later.

Tableclothsfactory.com Terrible Customer Service and Delivery Mistakes: My Experience with Tablecloths Factory

I recently made a purchase from Tablecloths Factory for my wedding on September 6th. Unfortunately, I received an email two days later stating that none of the items I had ordered were available and that I needed to choose other items. I tried to call their customer service line, but it was not possible to speak to a representative. The only option available was to chat with someone online.

I ended up ordering new items through the chat with a representative and paid for signature delivery confirmation. However, when the items arrived, I was extremely disappointed. Out of the 270 items I had ordered, I only received three of them. And to make matters worse, the items I did receive were not even the correct ones.

To add insult to injury, the other items that were supposed to be delivered were released onto the sidewalk by UPS. Despite this delivery mistake, Tablecloths Factory did nothing to make up for it. As a result, I was left without the items I needed for my wedding and out of $594.00. I had to spend an additional $700 to order from another company with rush delivery.

To make matters worse, the customer service at Tablecloths Factory was absolutely horrible. You can only talk to a computer, and it was impossible to get any help from a real person. Overall, I would not recommend Tablecloths Factory to anyone. Their lack of customer service and delivery mistakes are simply unacceptable.

I recently had an experience with Tablecloths Factory that left me feeling disappointed and frustrated. I had ordered some balloons for my daughter's 9th birthday party and paid extra for 2-day shipping to ensure they would arrive in time for the celebration. However, as the party date approached, I noticed that my order had not yet shipped. I reached out to the company via email and was informed that they were "backed up" and my order would not be shipped until Tuesday - the day of the party!

Feeling panicked, I decided to call customer service to see if there was anything that could be done. I explained the situation and was told that I would need to pay for overnight shipping in order to receive my order on time. I was shocked and frustrated - I had already paid extra for shipping and now I was being asked to pay even more! But, feeling like I had no other options, I reluctantly agreed to pay the additional $50 for overnight shipping.

Despite my efforts, my order still arrived late - on Wednesday, a day after the party. I was left with no balloons for the celebration and the decorations I had planned were ruined. To make matters worse, when I finally received the balloons and blew them up, I discovered that one of them had a hole in it!

Overall, I was extremely disappointed with my experience with Tablecloths Factory. The lack of communication about the delay in shipping, the insistence on paying even more for shipping, and the poor quality of the product I received all left me feeling frustrated and let down. I would not recommend this company to anyone and will not be shopping with them again in the future.

Tableclothsfactory.com Their free delivery is scam

I placed large order on the website www.tableclothsfactory.com. I ordered large quantity of table clothes from them. The seller promised free delivery for the orders over $150. I paid about $260 for the ordered stuff and expected to get free delivery, but these jerks charged me for the delivery and took money without my notice. Afterwards they kept silence and still no delivery. Maybe someone has any idea how to track this seller and return money back, please contact me then or leave a comment. Thanks.

I bought 5 tablecloths from www.tableclothsfactory.com. I ordered one colour, but the seller provided me 5 different colours. When I contacted him and asked to change them, the seller refused and started to yell at me. He told me that I ordered different colour and it was my mistake. He refused to do anything about it.The worst company ever, so avoid these [censored] and post comments about your experience with them.
