[protected]@allskindirec.com and Wellness health support are one and the same company. It attracted many people to try their products and after sending it to the customers to use it they send the full package for US$101.76 without informing them.

I was fooled twice. They should have informed us before sending the full order which was unknown to me, they debited the money from the bank first and then inform me about the above cosmetic and it was too late to cancel the order. If I have informed I would never order this product.
It was sent from North York ON . They did not gave their name. It is from the state because they charge charged me in US curency
They must have scam many people.

Thanks and please let this known to them so this will not happen to them

they are a complete disaster for a company people shpuld put them out of bussiness but as long as credit card companys allow them acess it will never change they took me for 3000.00 before i found out norecourse

The free sample I got was through a Costco Advertisement . Thinking this was fine I ordered the free sample and paid the shipping fee. I got my MC bill and was shocked to see the $400.00 in charges. What for a free sample? I have not received any more product for this money. I talked to Lydia and she said on the advertisement they give you 14 days which I did not see? Why is Costco allowing this company to advertise for them? I have cancelled my credit card because of this. If this company stands behind there product they would not be allowing this to happen to anybody? I hope from all the complaints that this company will do something about it.

I ordered online trial samples for Allskin and Skin Glow in July this year. The samples came about two weeks later and then the charges appeared on Visa when I looked it on the computer. I thought no more about that because I was going to give the samples a good thorough testing.

When the July/August visa statement came, I noticed that the vendor had put through the charges of over 360 dollars for the 2 regular products which I didn't order. When I originally ordered the samples, I made sure there were no explicit or implicit commitments to buy if they DON"T hear from me. I was involved in such case before. I had to threaten them with govt action before they backed down.

I have phoned the Allskin and Skin Glow to get resolution, but I got was recorded a message. They appeared to be responsive by asking me for my last 4 digits of my phone that I used for order the product. When I gave them the info, their electronic response system that they couldn't find the order. This is encouraging because I didn't order it, so naturally, they couldn't find it.

Next the electronic system asked me to give the numeric part of the street address + my postal code. Unfortunately, the cell phone I used can not easily give the postal code because the cell phone uses the old fashion method of allocating up to 4 alphabets to one key.

I have made 4-5 calls and in one occasion, I was given a "live" person to deal with my problem, but after trying to get my problem across. The "Live" person was not responding appropriately. I think they were just recorded messages which gave an illusion of the vendor trying to help their customers.

Now the scam is clear: the vendor offered samples at a very reasonable price just to get your credit card so they can fraudulently bill you for products that they don't even send you.

I had the same problem.. didnt say anything about autoship before I ordered the trial. And when I called they offered me 50% off, I wanted a full refund so I went to my bank and filed a complaint. The bank is gonna look into it for me. I had someone call me back stating that I already recieved the products that cost over 360- Canadian. But it said trial and 100% satisfaction guaranteed. I was out of town so I didnt even get to try the products before they billed my visa. They said it doesnt matter that I have 14 days to decide and I can only get the 50% back if I close the complaint on them with bank.. which Iam not doing. From what I read this company is not honest and I want the bank to help me sort this out. They dont listen to you and make you feel stupid on the phone. Mostly because they are saying the same thing over and over again.

This is such a FRAUD! Same here. I ordered their trial package, and did not realize they would be sending me additional products without my knowledge. And there is no way to contact them to cancel these orders. BEWARE of this company! As a last ressort, I've cancelled my credit card in order to, hopefully, not have anymore charges to my account. I tried calling the company, but they did not have any record of me on file. Total Fraud!

i called today to explain that i was charged expedition for samples that i have not.i went to the post office to see if my parcel was there, i was inform that i need a tracking no...i called the co. to get the tracking no. and the answer was "they don't have the tracking no.but could another sample"

Allskin and SkinGlow are one same company. It attracted many people to try their trial products (14 days free trial). But they have waited after 12 days then send the full package for US $261.

They waited until the trial time is almost up then ship it out to me. When I receive the products, they have already charged the money from the my MC and then inform me about the above cosmetic and it was too late to cancel the order, can not refund me anything.

It was sent from North York ON, but I have been charged in USD dollars. And when I asked for the head office phone #, they don't even know what company made this products or a phone # that I can call for dealing this matter.
They must have done this to many people.
I have order the trial in July 18, 2016 and didn't receive it until Aug 2, 2016.
