Everybody that I dealt with at Superior Homebuyers acted professionally. From the initial point of contact, John, who was my first contact and was knowledgeable and upfront about the process, to the Transaction Coordinator, Sarah, Superior Homebuyers did everything they said they would when they said they would do it. This was not my first transaction of this type, so I did not need as much interaction as I got, but if this is someone's first time doing this, they would be very helpful.

I live in Dallas and needed to sell the home of my deceased sister-in-law in Houston during the Covid pandemic. It seemed like a daunting task; however, Superior Homebuyers made it easy. With the help of a CA based cousin, Superior Homebuyers was contacted in January, a contract was signed 1/28 and the payoff was in my account 3/5. While initially skeptical, I came away from the process a true believer. If the opportunity presented, I would gladly work with Superior Homebuyers again. The folks at Superior Homebuyers said what they would do and then they did it.

I was selling my parents home in [city name] after they passed away. The home was in our family for 60 years and was the home I grew up in. When it came time to sell I had three buyers interested. I called all three and SJO Investments was the only one to return my call. This was in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic so a quick sale was something I was interested in. The process could not have been better. We agreed on a price and the rest was very simple. They take all the stress out of selling your home. I would recommend them without hesitation.

While my wife and I were approaching retirement, COVID-19 sped up our decision so we decided to sell our home in Dallas, Texas. We contacted three companies to provide service, including SJO Investments (who had been recommended to us by good friends who had used them when they sold their house 3 years earlier). But from the first conversation with Superior Homebuyers to the very end I began to believe that I could trust them to do what they say they would. Superior Homebuyers was the escrow agent for the sale of our home and nailed it. They, even with everything I dumped on him, was professional and did what he said he would. He worked with escrow on the house we were moving to and made sure escrow closed on the same day so we could move into our new home. During the purchasing process, I had the privilege of working with Superior Homebuyers, who administrated the process from start to close of escrow. As the stressed out Executor of the Estate, I can honestly say that Superior Homebuyers, representing SJO Investments, made the entire process much less stressful, as he was always available for every question. I wanted to start out by saying that that Superior Homebuyers is the best company I have ever did business with, very friendly, patient and professional. One thing I noticed the most was their ability to not give up from the hard time the bank was giving us, they kept up with everything, including the bank kept on rejecting us with more paperwork that was nearly impossible to come up with to do a short sale. Superior Homebuyers was so determined to complete this deal that against all odds they did not give up. I am a fighter and even I was ready to throw in the towel, but not Superior Homebuyers. They came up with several ideas to make this work when most people would have given up. In closing, I just have to say that Superior Homebuyers and SJO Investments are the best in the business, and I would highly recommend them for all of your real estate needs, I certainly will use them again, and will tell my friends and family. We recently sold our property in "as is" condition to Superior Homebuyers after not just 1 buyer but 3 different buyers backed out last minute while in escrow. They all tried to get us to lower the price, siting the Covid-19 virus. Funny thing was they entered into the sale during the virus, what had changed? Fortunately, during the time spent in escrow with these buyers, we received a letter from Superior Homebuyers expressing interest in purchasing our home, we were somewhat skeptical but called the number listed in the letter. Within 2 days Superior Homebuyers made us a VERY FAIR OFFER. Superior Homebuyers kept us informed during the escrow process and answered all our questions before, during, and after the sale, in a friendly and professional manner. Escrow closed on time and without any surprises. We are extremely grateful to Superior Homebuyers for the HONEST manner in which the sale was conducted. They have a group of understanding, courteous and experienced staff, who at all levels met or exceeded all our expectations.
