I purchased the logo design studio pro software. The provided download link in the package is invalid. I keep getting the following:

"This site can’t provide a secure connection

ewr1.vultrobjects.com sent an invalid response.

Try running Windows Network Diagnostics.

ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR"

I've reached out multiple times and technical support doesn't respond. I'm out of $30. Was considering purchasing other products from summitsoft. Do not waste your time giving them your business.

Bought the fonts package on Sept, 5th, tried to download two different days, kept saying license invalid? tried 3 times. I have tried to contact someone with no avail. Help! The license number provided in the package does not work, I even bought another package of the software, and neither one works! There is definitely a problem with the licensing process, it does not recognized either number provided.

Have sent numerous Messages and received zero response. Click on tech support and it says expired page.

Serial key for program to activate is invalid. Read directions and followed instructions from their site to obtain a new key and it looped to some foreign dead link.

Zero customer service! There site looked impressive but is, at this point just a cash grab and disappear leaving you with nothing but a hole in the pocket and frustrated!

Avoid the company and save your $$

I’m out 80 dollars now and three migraine headaches… all because I needed to create a logo.

I finally just used gimp to get what I needed done while having to work on the fly.

Forget summitsoft and they’re terrible junk! I’m more than pissed off at them for ripping me off.

I purchased this software from staples and tried to installed, then received notice that the license key expired on 11/08/2020 at 06:00 pm, "how can a software that expired more than two years ago can be purchase at staples? How can you help? What can you do to resolve?

Can't download Creative Fonts as part of the Hallmark Cards package. Says that my license key is invalid. My order is [protected] and it is through Avanquest

I purchased your software at Staples. When I tried to register it I got a notification that the code I entered, which by the way was the one on the disc sleeve, had already been used.

recieved email on product at 29.99. when i tried to order it it comes up at 43.99. are you using a bait and switch price or what

Customer service is awful. I've contacted SummitSoft through email NUMEROUS times for technical support regarding their logo design software. Absolutely NO response. Also called their corporate number in Oregon and was not able to leave a message. Very disappointing with this company and would not recommend purchasing any of their products due to the lack of technical support.

I have purchased software programs from Summitsoft Corporation. I have used the software and it started to lag. I thought that this company would solve my problems, but the staff ignored my phone calls. I don’t know how to solve the problems with software. I am really upset that such company doesn’t provide proper customer services. I don’t advise other people to deal with them.

I won’t advise the company Summitsoft Corporation, because they have no idea how to communicate with the customers. I have bought some of their products, but only software worked. But after 4 months it stopped to load the images and started to lag. I tried to get advice from these people, but they didn’t communicate through the messages and emails. I called them, but the agents were too busy to help me.
