So, we got Summit Solar to put in our solar panels in February
So, we got Summit Solar to put in our solar panels in February. It took them a while, but they finally came in July. They didn't finish the job and left a big hole and machinery in our yard. After three weeks, someone came and picked up the machinery. But, they stopped texting us back about when they'll finish the job. Now, we have metal on our roof and no solar panels.

They told me on July 14th that the local utility company said no to that plan and we needed to change it. They suggested a ***kw system with 29 solar panels instead. I didn't like that because it was less and the customer service was really bad, so I said no to signing a new deal. Then Summit Solar charged me $1,500 to cancel, but they didn't explain why. I asked lots of different people, but they still haven't told me. *** said they can charge whatever they want because of the contract and their lawyers said it's okay.
