Strayer University Washington DC review: Financial aid still pending

My loans and pell grant posted to my account last week and Strayer University in Washington DC sent me an Email stating that my refund was sent to ECSI Heartland for disbursement VIA Direct Deposit to my. Bank Account. I have already waited three days for some batch to be processed and they said it's all computerized but still to no avail I have a medical emergency so I don't have the money to get this done because someone is playing games with refunds. I will be quiting Strayer University because this happens every quarter. I am entitled to my refund after all strayer took their money already. I think they hold students refund for interest collecting. This is not good business.
