We bought a Camelot Motion Reclining sofa and loveseat, both with recliners on each end. The cables on ALL of the recliners have broken, and seam impossible to repair. I dont expect any compensation or response from this company, as i am reading now that they went out of business. WELL NO WONDER! What an incredible disappointment this furniture has been. A lesson, definitely learned.

We purchased a loveseat and sofa and both sets of handles for the recliners have broken. We have tried to get replacements from local retailers, but none are able to get them for us, or ones that will work in place of this brand. Are you able to tell me where I can get the release handles? My email is hch003@verizon.net Thank you! Your helps is appreciated as otherwise, we have junk furniture we spent good money on.

I purchased a sofa and love seat at Boscovs. The love seat has recliners. The release handle and Eire broke about 6 months ago. I've been trying to find a replacement part or someone that can repair it. I am very disappointed, this was not a cheap set, I expected it to last as it is just my husband and I using it. He really forest even use it, he has a separate recliner. If you can give me ant information on how IRS who I can get to repair this, it would be greatly appreciated. My Email is ELsD68@gmail.com

I bought a sofa & love seat with recliners on both sides of each from Squan Furniture in Toms River, NJ less than 1 year ago. The manufacturer of the sofa is Straford Co., LLC/Caye Upholstery, LLC.
The sofa recliner on one side broke immediately after it was delivered, and I have been trying in vain to have it repaired for the past year. The store told me I would have to contact the manufacturer since it was on a close out sale and all sales were final. I want it fixed, how can I get in touch with this manufacturer and get the couch recliner fixed? Does anyone know? It is horrible to produce such a defective product such as this. I can see from this complaint board that this is a common problem with these couches from this manufacturer.
Maybe I just should just report it to the department of consumer affairs? I thought before I did that, I should try to locate them and give them the opportunity to right this wrong but time keeps passing, and I can't seem to get anyone to respond to me from the company.

We purchased the Strathmore reclining sofas -- (2) to be exact and the 1st cable broke less than 6 months after original purchase and now the 2nd one has broken but the manufacturer's business has closed. We purchased from Boscov's. And this furniture wasn't cheap. So very disappointing to spend good money on bad furniture.

We bought the automatic reclining sectional. Total of 4 seat recline with the motor button. 2 of the seat have the leg extension that the weight of the human legs can NOT withstand and keep bending. Therefore, when we close the chair, they do not close properly. I can bend the thin metal with my hands back to shape until somone sits in that chair again. I have bend one of them back so much that it looks like a pretzel and has no future hope of being corrected. Rooms to Go told me that I'm stuck and woudl have to call around for a furniture repair place to fix. The furniture repaire place told me I have to contact the manufacturer for the part and they will replace it. I guess I am now stuck with a 1.5 year old sectional that cost thousands of dollars BROKEN. My wife and I will choose based on the quality and feedback and not solely on the "looks" of our next sectional. I assume with the high price from Rooms To Go on the sectional, that the quality would be good. I also assumed Rooms To Go would NOT sell junk and risk their reputation.
