Yrah the guys is really a disturbed guy, spends his time getting revenge at the entire autograph collecting cummunity that has banned or censured him. He has been thrown out of every autograph club, even the one he help start. Also, anothe rexmaple of what a low life he is, he apparently is a life long, on the run, dead beat dad. And apparently has warrants out for his arrest. He writes a blgo autographalert.com supposed about forgeries but if you search his name online he has a record of selling books with autograph forgeries.
Yes, Citizens Bank runs one of the biggest SCAMS in the banking industry. And it is amazing Congress has not Outlaws the tactics Citizens bank employs. Finally Last Year a new law requires scam banks like Citizens to notify their customers and allow them to opt out of Citizens Overdraft Scam (which they actually call overdraft protection believe it or not). One of the main sleazy tactics Citizens Bank employs is “reshuffling” the charges to your account so the largest debits post FIRST to empty your account as soon as possible so they can then get MULTIPLE overdrafts from their customers. For example, I have $1050 in my checking on a Friday, I then charge about 12 debits of between $5-15 each over the weekend, and then I write a $1000 check for my mortgage. All the small debits should post FIRST and Clear right? NOPE what Citizens does is RE-ARRANGE the posts so even though the mortgage came in LAST they will put it first to drain the account. Hence, instead of just the ONE mortgage check bouncing, they bounce TEM debit charges, so instead of just $37 they rape you for $370. Thanks Citizens. !
The new law requires them to let you STOP them form doing this and just decline and charges that may put you into overdraft. Unfortunately this is only for personal account. If you have a business account they can continue to rape you with this horrific tactic without breaking the law. . I recently challenged Citizens and took them to court over these sleazy practices. I won and got some of the overdraft charges back. . But they retaliated and closed my accounts before I had enough time to move to a new bank. I intended to do so after the new year because I was so busy during Christmas. But, they only gave me about 5 days form the time I got their termination letter. But, of course in the end they did me a huge favor. They are truly a greedy, despicable operation and amazingly have thousands of customers, who most are not aware of Citizens dirty banking tactics. Kind of reminds me of “Mr Potter“ in “It’s a Wonderful Life”.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

Nowhere does he say the relic or dirt on the card is authentic. He has been known to visits these sites in most cases on someone else's dime and he returns with phoney relics and dirt. This also stops him from being prosecuted for stealing from historical sites or graveyards. We have evidence from one of the places Koschal used to hide the Phony Dirt and his little bags. The dirt for the relic cards were kept in 2 large bags. These were two different looking samples of dirt with his plastic spoons.

There is no Joe C or Thomas Tren...these are fake names posted by a Mike Frost. I Stephen Koschal exposed Frost for stealing about $50,000 from a club I started. He was listed as Treasurer of the club and the only one to sign checks. before that I refused to lend his wife money she was trying to borrow behind Frost's back. Mike Frost is not his real name. Court records because of several lawsuits against him list his name as Michael Fiegenbaum. A real character who is now impersonating being a autograph authenticator who will for money issue a COA for non-genuine autographs. This is a big business for illegitimate sellers of autographs. Because of a problem, Frost recently pulled a gun he carries on a Florida doctor who deals in autographs. This is the real Todd Mueller. I didn't post this negative comment about Steve Koschal. A sick person posted this using my name. The forgery industry is full of ### and they attack anyone honest, credible and those that actually offer a life time guarantee like I do. I wish they would either be honest with their own customers or go away and find employment in an industry that promoted such vile acts, statements and liars. One should only purchase autographs in my opinion from those that guarantee them forever. If you don't purchase from such a dealer don't be surprised when you find yourself stuck with a collection of garbage and phonies. Only honest people stand behind their product. Dishonest dealers attack the honest ones. It's common sense.
