Several years ago, Dan, and his team at Stafford Electric, installed a new HVAC at my home. Every fall since then, it has been a comfort to have the same famiiar person, Dusty, arrive to do the furnace tune up. He is efficient, courteous, and knowledgeable.

As always, they were prompt, skilled, professional, wiling to explain. Dusty came out to fix our AC less than 24 hours after we called, even tho it was that weekend where temps were unexpectedly high and they must have been swamped with calls . We count on them!

We have used Stafford Home Service for about 15 years. They are our “go to"electricians when we need a project done. I have worked with Dusty and Jason all these years and they are great! All of the staff are professional, knowledgeable and the best to work with.

Stafford provides unfailingly excellent efficient timely service, whether new wiring or furnace/AC maintenance or tv installation or troubleshooting, at reasonable cost. The only electrician etc service we use. (And have since Paul Stafford arrived in the hearse).

Stafford has always been first rate for us. Today Dustin installed our Google Nest thermostat and he was amazing. Very professional, explained everything thoroughly, made sure everything was working properly before he left, provided tips and cleaned up well afterwards.

Had recessed lights put in an existing ceiling. Tony and his coworker (I'm sorry I forgot his name) were very professional. They were on time and were very clean even with some drywall cutting. Stanford is competitively priced a did excellent work. Would highly recommend and I will use them again if I have other needs.

We have had Stafford Home Services do a lot of work in our home over the years. My husband was a plumbing contractor and referred customers to Stafford all the time. The crew did a great job updating our heating and AC system, including the ductwork. The house is noticeably more comfortable. The crew is very polite and professional. They cleaned up the work area after they were done. I got a text notification when another worker arrived on site, so we didn't have to wonder. Stafford does a quality job!

Their products and customer service is great. Within the last three years I purchased a heating and cooling system, and have been very happy with the system as well as the service from Stafford. Jake is the technician I've worked with recently, and he really went the extra mile to make sure everything is working well. I highly recommend Stafford!

Very customer service oriented, always great work and responsive. Installers are always knowledgeable and pleasant. I have had work with another major company who builder used so I called them for additional. Never get a detailed copy of invoice snd prices always overly inflated. I had Stanford do all electrical and bathroom venting in unfinished lower level and very happy

We wanted a person to finish installing a thermostat and then tune up our furnace. The technician who arrived at our home was polite, knowledgeable and efficient. He reported that the motor needed replacing. Because he couldn't finish the tune-up, he didn't know if there were other worn-out parts. We called the Stafford office to learn about our options for repair v. replacement, prices and timeline. Stafford Home Service was a good choice for us.

Stafford provided licensed electrical work in our condominium and we were very satisfied with the quality of their work, and their consideration for our preferences and our time. One of the owners accompanied the technicians to the site to guide the work and insure a satisfactory outcome. They were friendly and a pleasure to work with and gave us a detailed estimate of the work they would do and it's cost. They do not try to sell more work than we requested and even advised against some of our impractical requests. We strongly recommend them.
