They advertise the try before you buy as being free only pay the $9 shipping and handling but they pre-authorized the payment which was $139 CAD plus $13 CAD for shipping. My partner saw the pre-authorized payment and was upset so I contacted the company to cancel the order. You can't actually talk to real people, you get messages from the AI Melissa who doesn't care what your issue is apparently because the response I got had nothing to do with why I contacted them. I immediately cancelled my subscription and after emailing them all day I was told that my order had been cancelled and I wouldn't be charged. The next day I got a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number but when I clicked on it it said there was an error so I figured it was a mistake since my shipment was cancelled. 51 days later I'm charged the $139 because my try before you buy period was over. I wasn't expecting the charge so it messed up my finances that day pretty bad. I never did receive any product from the company and when I emailed them about this they said I had 2 options, keep the product and get a gift card or return the product... I told them I haven't received any product and they sent me a return form. I feel like since I complained they didn't send my order because the only way you don't get charged is if you return the product before 60 days. They knew I was going to return it but they already had me signed up. I'm not sure this is even a legit business. They have no cancellations allowed, no refund policy, no customer service to talk to, and no product.

Claimed loss: $152 CAD plus that money was sent to me to cover a plumbing emergency. I haven't had running water since yesterday and I couldn't cover the deposit on a tool rental to fix it so I'm left without a toilet now

Desired outcome: I just want my money back or I want someone from spoiled child to fix my toilet themselves because I'm not paying for nothing!
