Sooner Ride Oklahoma review: Transportation services for medical assistance 1

First, when you call sooner ride the automated teller is long winded, and gets information wrong using bad software to interpret speech,.

Second; When you finally get and automated teller to confirm a ride they send you to a Live Agent who asks all the same questions the Automated teller did to confirm. which is in fact a waste of time.

Third; Sooner ride cancels rides after confirmation without forewarnings forcing the Doctor to reschedule a visit that is very important.

Fourth; rides are canceled too often and when you finally learn of the cancelation, it is so close to the appointment the doctor actually gives you a punitive strike and will refuse to see you if it occurs to often and with sooner ride it will cause many doctors to lose patients that are in no way at fault because Sooner ride is an unorganized heartless business.

Fifth; Sooner ride chooses the worst possible Drivers, some are rude, some yell, and others are just creepy and or unfriendly,. I understand the driver and companies they choose are not Sooner rides fault, But Oklahoma in general has a lot of these kinds of people,.

I am 43 years old,.. I have never had insurance before, I have many medical conditions that have yet to even be diagnosed, I was finally accepted to Sooner ride because of the pandemic forcing the state to actually help the poor. In the end everything boils down to the riders who have no transportation being poor, but as long as the money flows their way they don't care how to reserve or cancel a ride.

This State has taken everything from me, My money garnishing my paychecks and income tax returns, 100,000 dollars garnished with no clue as to who is taking it,. They took my Transportation, they took my family, they took my Parental, Constitutional, and Basic Human right.

I am no felon, the worst thing I ever did was spend 6 months in jail for contempt of court failure to find a job.
