Soleus Air review: Faulty operation

I purchased a portable air conditioner and heater model PH3-12R-03 from Fry's Electronics and although the unit cools the air, it leaks water all over the floor. It is supposed to disburse the excess water through evaporation, but it doesn't. Excess water is supposed to drain from a build-up pan, but it doesn't. Instead it just sits there and leaks all over the floor. I tried getting help from Soleus International but they won't respond. Requests to Fry's for assistance with Soleus Air fall on deaf ears.
