Yo, I gotta keep it real with y'all. This joint Sogown, it's a straight-up hot mess. They be talkin' smack about their "refund/exchange policy," but lemme tell you, it's all cap. They be askin' you to provide photo proof if you wanna return or exchange, and who's got time for that? They be makin' you alter your stuff at YOUR expense, like what kinda BS is that? And don't even get me started on their customer service. You can only talk to these fools through email and they be givin' you all kinda excuses like "lost in the mail" or "too expensive" to return. I been tryna return this dress since August 26,2020 and it's November 27,2020 now and I STILL ain't got no response from "Sharon."
So, here's the deal. You wanna keep your sanity, stay far away from Sogown. Ain't nobody got time for that kinda drama.

This company, Sogown, well, I gotta say, it ain't the best, ya know? I reckon if there was a way to rate it a big fat ZERO, I'd do just that. Now, I'm not one for being negative, but I just had to come out and say it. The sizing chart they've got up on their website is all wrong, plain and simple. Believe me, I ordered a dress for my niece's wedding, based on that sizing chart, and it was like a tent on me! No kidding, I felt like I was wearin' my old tent from when I was a Girl Scout. Now, I'm no fashion guru or anything, but I know when a dress isn't fitting me right.

So, I took the dress to my seamstress, 'cause I figured she'd know what to do. And, boyy, did she ever! She told me I needed a size 2, which was like two sizes smaller than what I'd ordered, and because of all the beadin' on the dress, it was gonna be near impossible to alter it that much. So, I was outta luck there. And then, to add insult to injury, I tried to return the dress, and let me tell ya, it was like one big ol' runaround! I mean, c'mon, it's their own darn return policy, and they didn't wanna honor it!

Now, I ain't just here to gripe, no sir. I'm here to give y'all some advice, and that advice is to stay away from this company! They ain't professional, they ain't customer-friendly, and they sure as shoot don't honor their own return policy. Now, I've told everyone I know about my experience with Sogown, and I ain't gonna stop anytime soon. So, if you're thinkin' 'bout orderin' from 'em, well, let me just say this: don't.

So, I ordered this dress from Sogown and was pretty excited to wear it to my bestie’s wedding. But BOY was I disappointed! Firstly, the measurements given on their website seem to be way off. The dress did not fit me at all and I was left feeling like a stuffed sausage. Not a good feeling at all!

The worst part, however, is that they have refused to accept a return. Really?! Are you kidding me?! I mean, I get it if it was a used dress or something but I haven't even worn it yet! So unfair!

The first picture looked so pretty with the flesh-toned tulle, but what I received was such a let-down. They need to fix their sizing guidelines and make sure that they are true to color. It’s not fair to leave customers feeling disappointed like this. I don’t know about you guys, but I’m gonna stay far, far away from Sogown. I’d rather stick to a shop I know can deliver on their promises.

It’s just awful, you know? The thought of exposing my skin to the sun is scary because it’ll look like a white tank top under the dress. *shivers at the thoughtHonestly, you’re better off steering clear of this site. Take my advice, folks!

It was a pant suit that looked very cheaply made with no tags on the clothing and gave the impression that it had already been worn. When I opened the package, I found that it was turned the wrong way out. Besides, some items were not even sewn on clothes that were supposed to be, and it was too small for me. Despite the fact that I ordered this product in size ten, it is probably a six.

To add insult to injury, I paid extra for the five-day delivery and ended up being disappointed with my purchase. What's even worse is that I received the same emails from Sharon that everyone else did, promising a quick resolution but ending up no response from her.

My advice to anyone who wants to purchase something online is simple: do not order from Sogowns. Trust me, I learned it the hard way. This is the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. I am planning to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

I decided to give Sogown a shot and ordered from their website on February 26, 2021. They charged me for my purchase on March 1, 2021, which was expected. After placing my order, I received an email informing me that it would take 16 to 21 days for it to arrive. I was hopeful that I would receive my package before my son's wedding on April 17. Unfortunately, as of March 31, 2021, my order has yet to arrive.

I am extremely disappointed in Sogown's lack of communication and customer service. I have tried to reach out to them multiple times through email, their only available contact method, and have received zero responses. It is frustrating to not be able to get any updates on my order or even receive a response from their team.

My son's wedding is a special day for both him and myself, and I was hoping to have a special outfit to wear. However, I have no idea when or if my package will ever arrive. As a mother, I am extremely frustrated and upset by this experience.

Because of the lack of customer service and communication, I will not be ordering from Sogown again in the future. I would highly suggest that others do not order from them either. I hope that they can improve their customer service in the future, but until then, I cannot recommend doing business with them.

Be careful when you buy from Sogown, because you might end up losing your hard-earned money for nothing. I recently ordered an outfit from sogown.com and it cost me a whopping $150. The image on their website displayed a particular color, but I received something completely different upon arrival. This made me very unhappy, so I asked for a refund.

However, they refused to refund me and kept telling me that their product was custom-made in China. As such, it would be very expensive for me to send it back for a refund. Additionally, the company didn't even provide me with their address so that I could check out the mailing cost locally. They merely kept emailing me that it would cost me too much, making me feel helpless and hopeless.

When they stopped responding to my emails, I realized that there was no help for me to get back my money. As a result, I want to warn people about sogown.com and advise them not to buy from them. They are an unreliable and untrustworthy company, and they do not care about their customers.

In conclusion, if you live in America, I discourage you from buying from sogown.com. This is because once you pay them, they will take your money without any care for your satisfaction. Don't take my word for it; try it out for yourself if you think I'm kidding.

I highly suggest to not even think about buying from Sogown. You will be disappointed with the outcome. Everything from the color, the fabric, the fit, and even the delivery time fell short of what was promised. I specifically paid extra for a rush fee and postage to receive my order before September 17th, and yet it arrived on September 23rd, two days after my daughter's wedding. During the processing time, they kept telling me to be patient and not to worry, but they wouldn't confirm the shipping of my item. It was a complete and utter nightmare.

To make matters worse, the color I received was not even remotely close to what was pictured on their website. The shirt didn't fall mid-thigh like shown, instead, it came to the middle of my stomach. The fabric was rough and not what the advertisement claimed to be chiffon. The lace was scratchy and not soft at all. The pants were eight inches too long and the shirt was too short by the same length.

After everything was said and done, they still refused to refund my money or make any type of compensation for the absolutely terrible product they sent me. It's completely unethical to advertise your product one way and then provide something entirely different. I could not be any more disappointed with the product I received. Thus, I strongly recommend that you steer clear of this website.

When I asked for the return address in China so I could return it, Sharon kept on telling me how expensive shipping would be, how long it would take, and that there was a strong possibility of my dress getting lost or damaged during the process.

It's hard to believe but Sharon used a bunch of excuses to keep the dress and get out of giving me a full refund. For example, she said that their factory would "destroy" any returned item which just sounds like a total scam to me. It was extremely frustrating having to go back and forth with Sharon through over 36 emails, and only 2 emails were about the return policy.

This whole ordeal with Sogown was just a shocking and unpleasant experience. I would highly advise others who are looking for affordable clothes to stay away from this company. It's a shame Pinterest is connected to such a terrible company like Sogown.
