Sobrad LLC. review: Poor customer service in service dept.

New Transit van. We were transporting live animals thru Ohio on 9-8-2015 when the A/C on our van started working intermittently, so I had our driver stop at the nearest ford dealer ( Glockner Ford ) South Point, Oh, and see if they could take a quick look and see if it was something simple. The driver called me back and said the service manager said they might could look at it this afternoon and warned me the service manager was not a nice guy, so I had him put the guy on the phone with me and let me tell you this didn't go well at all. When I questioned him about how long it would be and tried to explain that we were carrying live animals, this guy just goes off, then I went off and by the time we finally get to it would be about an 1.5 hours because the techs were at lunch the conversation had pretty well devolved into ghetto trash, needless to say I sent my Driver down the road. Now here is why I am writing you, We were trying your new Van because we thought it would be a cheaper alternative to the sprinter, but I just got off the phone with my local Dealer and they told me they wouldn't be able to look at it until 9/14/2015 that they were overbooked. Apparently your service departments are overwhelmed by incompetent staff. (Fletcher ford Joplin, mo)
