My parents had a terible company and rip out the foundation. They left it open for weeks and no one was coming to do the work. Sneaky Leaks reached out to us and did a great job. They were done quickly, efficiently, and they had great staff. Everyone on site was friendly, approachable, and respectful. I look forward to working with them and recommend them to others. This is a very honest and thorough company. Their customer service is superb! I had my foundation repaired by someone who did a terrible job. They came and fixed the work, took pictures along the way, and explained everything they were doing every step of the way. They are very reliable as well--they came when they said they would and communicated anytime there needed to be a change. I would recommend them without reservation!

We were so happy to work with a company that was honest, hardworking, and upfront. Marli (and her cute dog) were super easy to work with and always kept us in the loop about the job, even when there were some time restrictions due to permits. The whole crew was amazing, and they did an awesome job cleaning up every single day during the 2 1/2 week project. And to top it off, they even made a special spot on our fence for my dogs to enjoy the view. It's clear that everyone involved really cared about the job. We highly recommend Sneaky Leaks. We hired Sneaky Leaks to do some big work on our foundation (22 piles). Right from the start, we were impressed with their smarts and professionalism. Marli and her crew kept us in the loop as the work went on and when they ran into unexpected problems, they were quick on their feet and found good ways to fix things. The workers were nice and did a good job cleaning up after each day. When the neighbors asked about the progress, they were polite and gave them reassuring answers. The work took longer than we thought, but it wasn't Sneaky Leaks' fault, it was because of the permit people causing delays. When we were away, one of the team members even offered to swing by our house on a day off to check on things and bring in our recycling bins. We're really happy with the work Sneaky Leaks did for us and we're super grateful for everything they did. I'd totally recommend Sneaky Leaks if you want great work for a fair price. Colleen and Bruce
