I have made a couple of purchases from this company. I love the selection and prices. My first order shipped quickly and was packaged very well. My 2nd purchase was for two of the same item. They shipped quickly, were packaged very well, but this time one of the items was damaged. I contacted them by email and they responded right away with instructions. I sent them the requested pics and they shipped my replacement item out right away. It arrived promptly and in perfect condition. I notified them when I received my replacement. They were in communication with me throughout the whole process. I am very satisfied with their customer service and will definitely purchase from them again. Thank you!

Shipped and ARRIVED within 24 hours, my order was 2 glass bongs in 1 box, and let me tell you, I was so impressed with the security of the shipping packaging I felt as if I could have thrown it and the bubble wrapping would have kept it safe. The company is based near ***, which is also where the distribution warehouse appears to be, therefore as far as Im aware you wont have to worry about international shipping. I had contacted the companies email before I placed my order and received a response that night, 10/10

Got a bubbler from them with black gunk where the bud goes. Emailed for help without any response over 1 week now. I terribly regret purchasing from this company. The phone number is completely bogus and they even flat out say nobody is monitoring this number. The message says to email, which I did but alas, when you do business with scammers, this is what you get. STAY AWAY FROM THEM! DONT TRUST FAVORABLE REVIEWS THEY ARE FAKE.

The people running this business are shady
The people running this business are shady. Theyre selling subpar products that easily break or are made poorly. They are up front about the fact that you can return products if they are unused when you arent 100% satisfied and that you will have to cover shipping but they conveniently leave out that they are going to charge a $15 restocking fee for putting away a measly little spoon pipe. Its honestly pathetic. Horrible products, shady business practices combined with the condescending customer service should have everyone running from this place.
