I thought I was done, but then they charged me again on the renewal date. I contacted customer service and explained what happened, but they wouldn't give me a full refund. They said there was a $24 processing fee!

I was so mad. I told them I had already cancelled on their website, so they had no right to keep charging me. It's not fair to make customers continue a service just because they didn't fill out a questionnaire. I don't even know if that's legal. Something seems fishy about this company. I would definitely avoid them if I were you.
