I have been receiving unauthorized charges of $19 per month for over 2 years. I called the company immediately. The first person I spoke with said he didn't know when I signed up or how long ago. That's when it got ugly. I told him I needed to speak with his supervisor and he hung up on me. I called the other number on the website and got a little more info. He at least found my account that was created from my school email which I would never use to purchase any subscription. He offered to refund 6 months of my charges. What? No. I want to know who you are, and how this happened and I want all charges refunded. He wouldn't give me anything else. He also said he "canceled" my membership and sent an email confirming. I never got it. I looked in Spam...nothing. What is this? Also, there was noise in the background, no hold button, and rude, told me I should check my bank statements more often. I could not understand him bc of his heavy accent. Unfortunately, this happened on a weekend. So, I can't resolve anything with my bank until Monday. I hesitate to block my card on a Saturday because this is my only money source.

Desired outcome: I need a full refund and an explanation of how this happened without my consent. I never received an email about joining, no receipts, no payment info., no "cash back" as they claim their company does.

I too got these same charges of $19 for the last 6 months I'm headed to the bank to see what the issue is
