They commit FRAUD by bidding low on projects they know they cannot possibly complete. Then, they waste your time with a "project manager" that has no idea what he is talking about and put up some static HTML page mock-up. Then, they will come back and tell you that whatever project you are trying to accomplish is impossible and the only way to do it will be to use whatever programming language you are not using which will cost much more. Then they will require a larger deposit and when you're not willing to pay it, they will convince you to cancel your project. Awarding ANY projects or paying ANY money to these SCAM ARTIST is not only a waste of money but will severely delay your project and waste more of your time than you can ever imagine. If they bid on your project, you're better off paying these SCAM ARTIST money to leave you alone. This company is a complete SCAM.
This company is completely fraud company
they have rule of hiring & firing
then can fire any time without any notice to employee
they don't provide any salary or document after firing employee
they can destroy your career

Totally disagree with "smartEMP", who posted comment for smartData. Below is the reasons for disagreeance.
1) He/She is not a client of smartData.
2) He/She is not an employee of smartData (either current or past.)
3) He/She has no knowledge of the Development.
Due to above point I found He/She is Physico. :)
I know this is a different issue / experience but you must know the the truth... Elance abuses customer Privacy!
I have just been informed by a 3rd party (who fully disclosed he was a 3rd party) that elance released my transaction history!
This 3rd party is not a registered user of elacne, there was no subpoena, no warrant and no request from any law enforcement agency but this 3rd party was able to send several well crated emails to elance inquiring about my account, acting as a 3rd party and was able to get access to my transactional history.
Be warned of elance they do NOT protect your privacy.
They will release your personal data and release your financial records to anyone...
