Six Nails Roofing is the best roofing company I've ever worked with. They did a great job on my roof and the customer service was top-notch. The whole process was smooth and easy, and the workmanship was excellent. I had hail damage on my roof, but they fixed it perfectly. I highly recommend Six Nails Roofing to anyone who needs a new roof or repairs. They deserve 10 stars for their outstanding work.

Six Nails Roofing was there from start to finish. What an amazin' team! They came out to give an estimate, saw hail damage, I filed a claim, they helped me through the whole process with the insurance company, and I received a new roof! The team they sent out worked hard until the roof and cleanup was done. Not only does my roof look amazin', I have had several compliments! Thanks, Six Nails!

This company is amazing! I had one of the best experiences ever. There were no problems from start to finish and the work was excellent. The crew was really good and Vanessa was fantastic. Everything went smoothly and I was very happy with the results. I would definitely recommend them and I'm so glad I chose them. They handled everything in a really professional way. They're the best! Six Nails Roofing came to my crib asking about storm damage. I get roof peeps knocking on my door all the time, but this dude knew what I was asking about insurance and explained it real good. So, I was like, "let's do this." Two months later, I got a dope new roof. The process was pretty smooth and they installed it in only 2 weeks. They could work on their communication though, I had to talk to a few different peeps about the same thing a few times. But, every company has their probs. Overall, I would def recommend them.

My insurance company told me to use Six Nails Roofing, but they made me sign an agreement without giving me an estimate. They said they would take whatever the insurance approved, but that's a trick. Usually, the insurance gives more money to fix it. The agreement prevents me from shopping around, and all the approved money goes to Six Nails. If I go with a different company after insurance approval, they ask for 25 percent and threaten legal action. I withdrew my claim before my insurance approved it, but the owner of Six Nails didn't know and called me saying I got approval. They said if I don't do it, they need 25 percent of the approved money. This is a scam, so stay away from Six Nails Roofing.

These guys are no good. Don't trust 'em! How the heck can ComplaintsBoard.com give 'em such a high rating? Seems like ratings don't mean squat these days. Got a card or somethin' from Six Nails in my mailbox last week. Then today, some young dude with a Six Nails hat shows up at my door sayin' they did insurance work for me before. I been livin' here for 23 years and never had an insurance claim, so I knew he was full of it. Asked him if he had a permit to go door to door, and he didn't even know what that was. Said he had a license in his truck, but I called the city and they said he ain't got no license. Stay away from these guys!

So, this dude from Six Nails came to my door and started talking about hail damage. He said that if I don't do anything about it, my warranty will be void. I told him that my contractor did a good job and it's only 3 years old. But he said that there was a hail storm 3 years ago and I need to file a claim with my insurance company. He even offered to talk to them for me. It seemed like he just wanted to scam me and get a job. He suggested that I claim ceiling damage too so that I don't have to pay much. I think this company is doing insurance fraud to make more money.

Six Nails Roofing did a great job on my roof, siding, and gutters. They gave me good advice and were there for me the whole time. At first, the insurance guy said there wasn't enough damage to pay for it. I was bummed out and almost gave up. But the Six Nails Roofing boss and one of his guys told me not to give up because my house had some of the worst hail damage in the neighborhood. So I decided to try again with the insurance company and I'm so glad I did! Six Nails Roofing knew what they were doing and helped me every step of the way. When the second insurance guy came out, Six Nails Roofing showed him all the damage that I didn't even see. And it worked! The insurance guy wrote everything up and my insurance company changed their mind. Every person I talked to at Six Nails Roofing was nice and professional. Did some roofing stuff blow around my yard? Yeah. Did I find nails every day? Yup. But Six Nails Roofing tried to clean up as much as they could. And whenever I had a problem, they fixed it right away. When it was time to pay, they explained everything to me and answered all my questions. Overall, I had a really good experience with Six Nails Roofing and I would hire them again.

Six Nails Roofing replaced my roof back in June . Everything seemed fine at first, but after only 6 months, it started leaking again. I tried calling the contractor multiple times, but they never returned my calls. Now, in 2020, I'm dealing with yet another leak. It's frustrating to have to deal with this again, especially since I paid good money for the initial replacement.

Six Nails Roofing came to check out my roof in *** OH. I did my own *** claim and then I picked them 'cause they're a good company. Now they keep calling me and saying they want 25% of the job done. They're saying they'll sue me and put a lien on my property. They didn't do anything yet, just looked at my roof once and then came back again. These guys need to be better.

They came to my house and did a free roof check. They said they found damage and asked who my insurance company was. They called them right away and gave me the phone. I felt weird and told them. They said I had 3 days to cancel and I told them it depended on cost. After talking to insurance I called them the next day and said it was too much money. They called me the next day and said I should still do the check to see if it was okay. Now they call me almost every day and text me too. They even come to my house without telling me. One message was rude and gross. They left me a note saying I broke the contract. I'm a single lady and I'm scared they will come and be mean.

I had a claim for hail damage in Dec 2020 and was looking for a contractor in my budget. Then, a salesperson from Six Nails came to my door and said they could get my ins. company to pay for my hail damage and a new roof (which I didn't want) and other stuff, and I wouldn't have to pay my deductible. I signed a contract with them on Feb 15, 2021, but they wrote "roof" instead of "siding" and marked the ins. company check amount wrong. They said work would start in the spring, but they only submitted photos for my claim. Materials won't be available for 2 to 3 months, so the earliest they can work is December. They didn't even contact the insurance company until June. I want my dep back, but they want 25% of the total ins. claim. If it's not illegal, it should be. They get ~$2,400 for doing next to nothing.
