This is what was ordered on Sep 1 2022. I received this email from them on Sep 3 2022. The company had no problem taking the $481.45 from my account on Sep 2nd 2022. Here's the dilemma, the delivery was initially going to arrive on Sept 6th, then updated to deliver on Sep 9th, when I looked again it says "No scheduled delivery date available at this time." Got in touch with the company through live chat. They were not sure when I would get my items but they are sure I will receive them. well that is not acceptable and I would like a refund. Ok we will note on the account you want a refund but in order for you to get a refund, I have to wait to receive the items I ordered, then ship it back and when they receive the items I get my refund?

Desired outcome: I want a refund. As expediently as simplisafe took the money from me, instead of wasting shipping and my time and money to send the items back, just cancel the order and refund me.
