I ordered coffee table from the company Sierra Living Concepts Inc. My payment went promptly, and I received the confirmation email, but my coffee table arrived after 6 month. It was damaged and I contacted the seller, who promised change it, and my order would be the prior. After 4 months, I still haven’t received my table. Now the seller didn’t reply to my emails. I wonder if someone had the same situation and can offer good solution. Thanks.
Very cheap product made in China All the legs on my tables were cracked inside and out, same pattern. The drawers won’t open because the gliders are jammed. I was offered less than a third of what I paid and told to go and get the repairs done locally. Nobody does those kind of repairs and there would no way to match the finish. Very disappointed because I looked for 7 months to find tables, and these were exactly what I was looking for and they were junk. Money lost, lesson learned
Update, the company made it right with us
I had great experiences with ordering from Sierra Living Concepts. I furnished my entire condo in Florida from this company... coffee tables, end tables for the living room and bedrooms, dressers, TV stand, a contemporary bar rack with storage for wine glasses, etc... they have everything you need and it's free shipping. The quality of furniture is great. I had no problems with any of the pieces that were shipped. They left them at the condo door as I had instructed. I've ordered things for my primary home and love everything. I will be furnishing another condo in Florida soon and I will use Sierra Living Concepts for all my needs again.
I and my wife ordered from Sierra Living Concepts Inc. We had a deadline and they promised delivery before Easter. We actually received the order only a few weeks ago and now we discovered that chairs they sent didn’t match to other furniture. They are made differently! Cheap company!
