I've been buying cameras and lenses from Canon for more than ten years now. Just recently, I bought a lens worth $3,000 from their website, shop.usa.canon.com. I was supposed to receive it with a signature confirmation, but it was delivered when no one was home. To make matters worse, FedEx produced a fake signature for it. It's been three months now, and Canon hasn't resolved the issue yet. I'm really disappointed with their service, and I think this will be my last purchase from them. It's frustrating to spend so much money on a product and not receive the proper service that you deserve. I hope they can improve their customer service in the future.

I gotta say, I used to be a big fan of shopping at Shop.usa.canon, but lately, things have gone downhill. It seems like ever since COVID-19 hit, they just can't get their act together. I mostly buy ink cartridges from them, and I've had a lot of problems with my orders lately.

First of all, it's really hard to get any information about your order. They've cut down on the number of customer service reps, so if you want to know what's going on with your order, you have to call an 800 number and go through a bunch of automated menus. And even then, you might not get the information you need. I ordered some cartridges back in September, and when they didn't arrive on time, I tried to track them down. But when I clicked on the tracking number in the email they sent me, it took me to a page that said "Status not available." And when I checked my account's Order History, the order wasn't even there! It was like my order was stuck in limbo or something.

So I called the 800 number to try to get some answers. But when I pressed 2 to talk to a live person, I got a message saying that the wait time would be over ten minutes. I decided to wait and see how long it would actually take, and after 20 minutes of listening to elevator music, I gave up and hung up. It's ridiculous that they expect customers to wait that long just to talk to someone.

Honestly, I'm really disappointed in Shop.usa.canon. I used to trust them to provide good products and good service, but now I'm not so sure. I would recommend that other buyers look for other sources for Canon products, or even consider buying from a different company altogether. It's just not worth the hassle and frustration to deal with Shop.usa.canon's problems.
