I placed an order in late october, received an order number, but the details about my order were blank and I didn't receive a confirmation email.

I have sent a few emails, but none of them were able to send to their given email address. I have also tried contacting them via Facebook messenger, and have only received an automated message about no one being available to answer.

I ordered shirts from you guys nearly a month ago. I have yet to recieve any shipping notification and upon further reviews the shirts are poor quality.

I ordered a shirt on 02/20/2019 and it is now 03/12/2019 and still no status of when the shirt may delivery, ship, or anything for that matter. (because order processing is so very explanatory after 14 business days and 20 total days since my order was placed) it would be one thing if shipping were free, but no. I paid for this and to ship it for it to still be "processing" after this long. So, due to the fact that this has been such a long wait, I decided to look up their customer service number that is no where to be found! But you know what they do have? They have an area on their website that "answers all the questions you may have" that I presume was created to try and dodge all the phone calls they would probably get due to this delayed shipping issue. I just want my shirt. It would be one thing if I knew the status such as you implementing a tool that says "shirt being made" or anything other than just "order processing" as I feel this is very bland and leaves your customers in the dark about their orders that are so highly anticipated. I'd be willing to be a lot more patient if I knew more than just "processing" after 14 business days.

I have ordered plenty of shirts from this site and have never waited this long for an order to finish processing so that it can be sent out. No contact has been made and worse yet, I have no idea as to when it will ever get here.

Good customer service would include contact with me on why it is taking so long. I would like my t-shirt and should be compensated.

These guys from shirtpunch are terrible! I've ordered a shirt from them and it was supposed to be a birthday present for my brother. They said that delivery usually takes 14 day and I was ok with that. Still had time.
Two weeks passed and there was no sign of my order, so I contacted these clowns and asked why was it taking so long and all they said was that I need to be more patient. It took over a month and I finally got what I paid for.
Shirt was nice, but these guys have terrible customer service and their delivery is extremely slow!
