Shiftkey, LLC review: unilateral account suspension without prior communication 1

It came as a complete shock to me when I attempted to access my account on August 30th 2023, only to find that my account had been suspended. I have not received any prior warning, notification, or explanation as to the reasons behind this suspension. This abrupt action has not only disrupted my access to the platform but has also left me confused and concerned about the status of my employment with Shiftkey.

I understand that platforms must enforce policy and procedures. However, I strongly believe that due process and transparent communication should be followed before taking such drastic actions as suspending an account. As a loyal employee of Shiftkey, I deserve the courtesy of being informed about any alleged violations and being given an opportunity to address or rectify the situation.

I kindly request the following:

Explanation: I urge you to provide me with a clear and detailed explanation for the suspension of my account. I am unaware of any violations on my part and would appreciate understanding the specific reasons for this action.

Evidence: If my account suspension is based on any alleged violations, please provide any relevant evidence or documentation that supports these claims.

Appeal Process: I kindly request information on the appeals process, including the steps I need to take to challenge this suspension and potentially have my account reinstated.

Timely Response: Given the urgency of this matter, I request a prompt response. The lack of access to my account has affected my ability to continue to pick up shifts and financially support my family.
