Shepherds von Ajaye review: puppymill 6

Our boy just passed a week ago after 7 years of health problems ranging from Seizures starting at 4 mo old to ongoing chronic diarrhea, GI issues, lack of weight gain, thyroid and protein enzyme deficiencies and fearful tendencies. ...He was dying of liver failure last week...so we made the difficult decision before his breathing became too labored. My husband and I sobbed and were deeply heartbroken...He was our boy who deserved better!
As a puppy, I was offered a replacement older female or a Mini Dauschund since she was getting out of German Shepherd breeding...ya, no wonder!. I paid $5000 for pick GSD male so this is not what I wanted nor the way I expected a "reputable" breeder should treat a client! No refund or partial refund was issued...then she disappeared and never returned my calls. Stay very far away from this breeder no matter what breed of dog she sells. She broke our hearts and caused a beautiful boy to suffer by her ill breeding practices!

I was screwed by melissa too, though not with german shepherd dogs. I had been involved with buying a miniature dachshund from her for $4500.00 She got away with $1250.00 of my money-she would have gotten away with the full amount had I not seen what she was like, when I had some trouble with the internet for a week and found she had relisted my dog for sale because I hadn't been able to contact her. After learning about her I'm glad I didn't have a chance to fall in love with that sweet looking dog just to have to fight to keep his health. Sure looked like a nice little longhair English cream and black mini dachshund. I even still remember his name, Black Samuri, bet she wouldn't know me tho. Scammed too many people.

Is this the same Melissa A Kolbe that is now breeding Parti Yorkies in Yorkshire, NY ?

We purchased a Male from Shepherds Von A jaye in 2000 He died of a Heart Attack yesterday morning we are in shock we loved him, he was a great family dog .. We ran across this info today looking for breeders for another shepherd and found info on melissa kolbe we are schocked to see what a evil breeder she is..Who do you Trust ? one of the people we read about appears to have had the same sire as our pup. Wow I can't believe all this. We to lost our poor Jake on Sunday morning. He was seemed a healthy 8 year old with all the credentials that others have stated. I now wish I had Google'd Ms. Kolbe earlier. I am the fool for not doing my part for Jake. The vet said he died of a heart attack caused by a tumor nearby.

Like the last post, Jake was meant to be just a family member and not for show and he was an everyday part of our lives. We will miss him dearly and I agree that those who prey on others, in turn will get what they deserve.

We too, unwittingly purchased a "championship-bred" GSD from Kolbe in 1999. We had her finally put to rest yesterday afternoon. Her genetic problems were too numerous to list, and her quality of life was very low from an early age. I cannot believe we eekd almost 10 years of life from our "Little Bear", but we provided her with every comfort our money could afford- plus lots of love. We never did receive her registration papers from Kolbe but we never did intend to breed or show our dog. We just wanted a happy, healthy dog to add to our growing family. I was shocked to see how many others have had similar experiences with Shepherds Von Ajaye and Melissa Kolbe. The common thread that I detect from this line of GSD's is heart problems- passed genetically. Our dog too, was a victim of this disease. Breeders who con unsuspecting GSD lovers, but more importantly, who abuse and victimize innocent animals will eventually get what they deserve- in this life or the next.
