Shangri-la nail spa sign at choa chu Kang Ave 4 review: Dishornest claims on Nair removal 1

We enquired about the price for nail removal and the shop attendant told us that it is about $15 before we enter the shop. half way through, the attendant come up some term about the nail and require us to take special treatment to remove the nail which cost $8 where it can be done normally. Caught in the mids of difficult, we have no choice but agree to give another $8. At the end of the treatment, the attendant come up with no basic that 2 nail are difficult (where they actually spend less than 1 mins) and we have to pay a total of $31. This is not what we have agree from the begining at insist that we have to pay. I feel that even when they claim an additional $8 for each fingers, i will still be force to make the payment. Hence in order not the have such new cases, I decided to put up this complain, even when it is small amount.
