We are anika trading co. We have contacted kunda steel co ltd by alibaba. We have final business deal after meet them in china. First they given us 1269 usd/ ton rate for cif mundra, india rate. We have made tt transfer 10000 usd to them. But they have changed rate after loading container. They were asking us for amount for theoretical weight 27 ton and in all document they showed only net weight 24.3 ton. They told us always that if we order 24 ton then we have to pay 27 ton amount.in email and wechat we can show when you will ask us, so for solution we have visited again to them. They increased rate for net weight 1467 usd/ ton and made all documents, then we have transfer amount to them but we received only 15.95 ton material only. Container was fully loaded but is only 15.95 ton when we checked all is light weight material 0.2mm most and 0.3mm one item.

This company is positioning itself as a reliable manufacturer and a supplier of steel products. We signed a Contract for the supply of stainless steel pipes with them in February 2019. After the receiving of the 100% prepayment for the first lot of goods, the seller has informed us about the triple increasing of the goods value and offered to buy goods at a new price or to return the paid amount. In addition, he informed us that his company is not a manufacturer of the goods, though earlier he confirmed that his company is a manufacturer of the goods by e-mail and signed the Contract in which his company was indicated as a manufacturer. Of course, we asked to return the prepayment back, but thus far, we did not receive a cent.
