I have ordered 2 instax cameras I found on Instagram website. The page is no longer available but it looked as based in the UK, had many reviews beneath the Instagram post. Unfortunately, I have failed to log it in as I insantly received an e-mail with credit card payment confirmation that looked legit.
Months passed by and I have not received anything so I queried and was advised the parcel was delivered.
I order a lot online so I went through everything and I figured I received a parcel with a fake burberry scarf I did not recognize. I have advised I can return it and want the cameras I ordered or a full refund.
They advised they can return the money if I send the scarf back to China at my own expense which I refused. they offered max 50% refund and claimed that's their policy. When I requested for a link to that policy, they failed to delivery it.
I have full correspondence on e-mail that I can forward.

DO NOT send money to service8 for anything that they advertise for sale. YOU WILL REGRET IT.
You will be sent a tracking number, that is legit while you wait for the "ITEMS" that you have paid for in good faith
You will be waiting well beyond the estimated delivery date
A package will arrive but it WILL NOT be what you have ordered. ( probably a cheap scarf).
You will contact them and be informed that your ordered goods have been delivered through your letterbox
The package that has arrived at your address will have no mention of service8 on it.
The goods that you have ordered would have to had been shredded to have been delivered through any letterbox. (Unless you ordered the scarf which service8 does not advertise anywhere)
You will dispute with service8 who will tell you that your goods were delivered
They will then try to offer you a tiny percentage of the amount that you had paid to them.
Your money has now become service8 💰 money.
DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM
SERVICE8 IS A SCAM!

We had the same experience in 2023, these guys must be coining it in for years sending out a worthless scarf in lieu of some decent goods. I knew it was a bit of a punt as the website wasn’t that convincing but we needed a particular type of desk lamp to match another we have so it was deemed as worth the risk. Just trying to get some/any of our money back at the moment …..
Scam yes!
I got sunglasses insted of shoes. Offered me 35.8 prosent of my money back. The web site look very legit with minzuno shoe brand. I am sorry I didnt read these alert before giving my money to thiefs.
And they took any more money from you? They offered me the same amount of refund. And they said it took 7-15 days to refund me. I am scared they will take more money from me.
Old thread I know but got the same scarf in place of climbing shoes.
Kept all the emails, printed and scanned, sent it to the fraud section of my bank’s visa office.
Bank gave me full refund including overseas fees back charged to supplier (did take about 4 months though)
The site looked completely like an AU site with good spelling.
I heard they send scarfs so you can’t claim a scam as you received ‘something’ with a return policy..
Make sure you chase it through your bank.
