We had hail damage on our car. We put in a claim through Sensa auto insurance. They sent out a third party person to look at the car and the amount of hail damage. Mind you the car was parked in the shade, conditions were not good to see small dents all over the car. He was there about 5 minutes. He sent his report to Sensa insurance company.

Send a called me and said, based on that report that there was $1900 dollars damage. I have a $500 dollar deductable so they wanted to send me $1400. I said no the auto body shop is going to fix the damage. They will send you their estimate.

The autobody shop estimated the car a $5000 damage to it. The autobody shop sent sense the adjusted estimate and they didn't hear back from sense. They called several times, sent fax, emailed, and regular mail...,.nothing back from sense. I don't know what to do next. The body shop can't fix my car for the amount sense sent them and they won't take called or correspond in anyway. Very bad insurance company. Don't use them.

Desired outcome: Get my car fixed right
