I found this app promoted on instagram sometime in the summer, claiming it will help me with my ADHD. I did a test on their site, joined a trial subscription and when I tried to install in on my Huawei phone it didn't worked. So I didn't used it at all.

Today my card was debited without any notification or reminder of 80 USD for something that I didn't ever use. I was not reminded or didn't received any alert, newsletter or anything from this app.

I wrote to them, received a polite and dismissive answer that they are not refunding my money

This app is a totally scam taking advantage of people with ADHD and their condition.

I found online many other complaints that people were charged without notification so it is obviously this is the purpose of this app, the ADHD person will completely forget about this and gets charged suddenly.

Upon checking on your profile, it seems that you purchased a recurring 3-month subscription on 2023-08-29 for 79.2 USD for the Sensa product, and the subscription was automatically renewed as indicated in your purchase confirmation. So that is why you are seeing this charge on your account.

I can confirm that your subscription has been canceled, and there will be no further charges. Please know that you can still use your Sensa plan until 2024-03-07, when the subscription ends.

As per our Terms and Conditions, the subscription cancellation request should be sent at least 48 hours before the automatic renewal. Unfortunately, we have not received a request from your email address before the subscription is renewed.

Therefore, in your case, we are not able to issue a refund since the mentioned time limit has already expired. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

Claimed loss: 79.20 usd

Desired outcome: I want my money to be refunded ASAP and this app to be forced to send notifications and reminders before they charge people.
