Purchased three general admission row 1 tickets to the Brit Floyd concert for over $400.00. These are front row seating with actual seats. I received three general admission lawn tickets that run approximately $30.00 at the gate and $60 on the seat geek site. I was denied seating in the area that I purchased even though I had an email receipt from Seat Geek stating I purchased Row 1 seating. They said Seat Geek obviously sent me the wrong tickets but their was nothing that they could do at the venue. I was unable to contact Seat Geek to resolve this at the concert. My elderly dad a Vietnam combat veteran had to sit on the lawn with a bad back to watch the concert. Now he has back pain. Seat geek has so far refused to acknowledge that they screwed up and sent the wrong tickets. They seem to think that anyone would pay four times the price for tickets in the same area that others on their own site were selling for in the lawn section. The venue confirmed my receipt was for front rows and that I got scammed.

Desired outcome: I want to be refunded for the tickets as this experience ruined our entire night and caused my elderly Dad back pain.

I sold two tickets to a soccer game at UNC Chapel Hill on July 19, 2023.Seat Geek said they would pay within 24 hours after the event...Today is August 7, 2023.

When I log in, there website says "Payment Pending."

There is absolutely NO WAY to contact them.

How do I get the money that is due me?
