Scott's Tree Service and Firewood review: Failed to Complete Tree Removal after Payment was Made

On April 1, I hired Scott's Tree Service and Firewood to remove two trees from my backyard. The crew arrived on Apr 2 and removed the top of only one tree. They left without talking to us and they did not return again for several days. Upon returning, they cut all the lower limbs off the wrong tree. As a result, they removed the primary shade for half our yard including the sandbox, and deck areas! We stopped the work and they resumed operations on the correct 2nd tree to remove. The tree trimmer was nearly killed as he attempted to remove the top from the second tree. I have this on video! In the process of removing the 2nd tree, the crew damaged a playset and crushed the sandbox wall when the tree landed on it. Again the crew left without finishing the 1st tree. The telephone numbers on the paperwork provided by the crew were disconnected or for another party not affiliated with the company! They left the second tree and the wood laid in our yard and sandbox until Apr 11th. When Melisa arrived to remove the downed tree and wood from our sandbox and yard. She assured me that they would complete the job. They have not returned numerous telephone calls and text messages. We are still waiting for them to complete the job and finish removing the 1st tree (see photos) - it has been 4 months!
