We have used Scott Roofing two times (in 2017 and 2019). Both times we have been treated courteously and respectfully. All the guys have done a wonderful job. Extra credit to John, who was out this morning to check on a possible roof leak (only discovered last Sunday). How wonderful to be treated so well! Thanks so much.

Our sales representative came back to our house three times to patch the patio roof as rain continued to threaten the leaky roof. We felt that he truly went above and beyond his sales commission. The work was done nearly a month prior to the first quoted time. It was done quickly. We had a follow-up inspection by one of their employees. What great service!

They replaced my 1st house shingle roof in 2010 (great job, still looking good) . They just repaired rotting facia damage, correcting the original home builder roofing error on my wife's 17 year old tile roof. They keep you up to date on scheduling, get the job done quick and do great work. I will definitely call them when it is time to re-do the entire roof.

Scott roofing is very professional and efficient roofing company. They communicated with me when needed and were always ready to listen when I had a concern. They did an outstanding job, kept the yard clean during the process, Maintained a low-key presence in my neighborhood, and kept roadways cleared in front of the house. I would highly recommend Scott Roofing.

They did a great job and they were here when they said they'd be here and they were very professional and friendly and cleaned up after...which is always a pleasure and the roof looks great. And I was able to get a real person when I called for information. That is always good. . And, for once, I'm really looking forward to the monsoon season. A great job guys...and of course I'll recommend them...highly.

Everything that Scott Roofing did on our roof repair was excellent. It took several days to complete the project and the Scott people were very good to leave the job every day completely clean. You could not even tell that we had a roof repair project in progress. We were very happy with the project and Scott Roofing was an excellent company to deal with and I would recommend them to all my friends and neighbors. 10/10

We worked through some details that were initially overlooked, like tarping our pool with clean tarps to avoid debris and nails from previous jobs getting into our brand new filter system, and are FULLY satisfied with the results from Scott Roofing. Clearly they understand what customer service is. Our neighborhood has been very impressed with the quality and speed of their job, which is the mark of highly professional tradesmen who pay attention to the overall impact of their work.

Justin and crew did a timely and professional job on our new roofing project which encompassed about 6000 square feet of tiled roofing on multiple levels. Some very minor issues were immediately addressed and resolved. We look forward to having a beautiful, leak free roof for many years to come. We also used Scott Roofing to replace a roof on our prior home in Mesa over 15 years ago and had similar results. May not be the least expensive roofer you can find, but definitely the overall best in our humble opinion!

Scott Roofing dealt with my roofing project in a very efficient and professional manner. Staff answered my questions clearly and took the time to educate me on various roofing systems and the pros and cons of each, which aligned with the research I had seen. They were able to get to my roof earlier than originally planned because of a delay with another job and performed the work they agreed to. There were no surprises at completion of the job. I paid exactly what they quoted me. I would definitely recommend them and have actually done so already.

Once we made the decision to go with Scott Roofing Company, we ultimately were so happy we did. This is a well organized, efficient company who takes great pride in their work from start to finish. We are still in disbelief that they put up a beautiful new very large roof in 2 weeks including the clean up and finishing detailing. We were very lucky to have Justin H as our supervisor who communicated with us throughout and addressed any concerns. We are so happy with our new roof and cannot recommend this company highly enough - they are worth every penny!

Very undependable this company. Twice didn't show up when he made a commitment. Has a care less attitude about your sense of urgency toward your roof. Thinks you'll wait on him forever. A man who flips houses said he's waited 8 weeks for man since he had given money already. I waited 3 weeks for him to come out here twice and never gave a quote or any planning. I waited 4 days when he said he'd be here and he never showed or called. Very inconsiderate man. Always busy he says so you have to keep calling and begging him to show up. Hope one day you have no work then maybe you'll treat people better.

I had water/rain leaks from a new A/C which was improperly installed by another company; they insisted they wouldn't reconstruct/repair the foam work surrounding the new A/C and ductwork, as it wasn't part of their "job". They insisted a seek a roofing company to complete the job. After several different quotes from other roofing companies, Scott Roofing seemed the most professional and efficient. I had to wait quite a while due to weather conditions, but the final work product was wonderful, seamless and very professional! Worth the wait. They also re-coated the flat part of my roof and it looks better than I ever anticipated. No more leaks from rain after they completed the work. I'm very pleased...

Absolutely the best home repair company I have dealt with ever! There was not one employee from roofers to the office staff I spoke with that weren't pleasant, professional and projected the fact that they were there to help you. Their work ethic's we are second to none! My chimney leak was temporarily patched the following day to prevent any more water damage to my house. I should mention that I did not request that but that was something that was automatically done by the initial inspector who's out here to give me the quote. So in conclusion if you want your roof repairs done correctly look no further you found them. I would not hesitate to refer them to a friend and do use them in the future for any potential roofing problems that I may have.

I had another company put new paper under my roof tile, then a year later Scott re-coated my flat roof. I have had a recurring leak for years and the leak continued after the roof work. I had the other company out and they claimed it couldn't be found and must be from the flat part of the roof. I then had Scott out to try and find it. They spent half a day to locate it. Turns out it was on the tile part of the roof. I contracted with Scott to repair it even though it was supposedly under warranty from the other company. Scott did great work at a reasonable price. Once again turns out a warranty is only as good as the company behind it. Scott stood by theirs and even spent hours finding a leak that was not due to their work! I highly recommend them. Five stars.

Scott roofing is not a low-cost alternative. They are near the high end of the scale, however, there are times when going cheap nets more problems than the lower cost would indicate. Just consider the warranty options and the cost-benefits when analyzed the slight price difference melts away. The process from sales through completion was nearly flawless. Of course, there were wrinkles and few items that could have been better. The test of excellence is in how these unexpected events are dealt with and resolved. Scott Roofing earns Five stars here! The crew is of the highest quality professionals from the roofers to the carpenters all of whom did exemplary work. They are polite, professional, personable, and passionate about their jobs. It certainly shows. Most importantly - CLEAN - not nail on the ground when they wrapped up work every day. I can highly recommend Scott Roofing Company. They should be on your list to consider for your projecet - and probably selected to perform you work.

I had a whirl y bird on the roof that had a bad bearing lop sided and noisy, Scott Roofing came right out and replaced them at a Very Reasonable price. Upon the work it was noted that I had a few spots that were a concern from age they took pictures as there was no way I was going up there, it was the thought that I'd have about another year or two before it would become a real concern. I went through my house file and found out that the shingles were 19yrs old and that the warranty was for 25yrs then I found out that the company that did the work was no longer in business. Thinking I had a few years I was out back one day ( year later ) looking at the roof and for some reason I noticed the skylights and how faded they were but not leaking. I dug up the paperwork on them to find out they were over 30yrs old and started wondering if they would survive a monsoon hail storm as certainly the technology has changed with the plastic material they now use. I called Scott Roofing and they were out the very next day took a look at my concerns and give me an estimate for a re-shingle and install two new skylights. I was very surprised on the details of the products they use and how the technology has changed with this was also very and clearly stated how their process would work. the price quote I received was a bit less then I had thought so I pulled the trigger and was contacted the very next day with a start date ! The crew showed up early the morning of the start day and were able to finish everything in one day. I noticed at three different times three different crew members walking around the yard with a pole and flat thing on the bottom of it so I had to see what that was about, they were making sure that any nails were not left behind or pieces of shingles and using different crew members at different times nothing was left, trust me I looked and found nothing. The attention to the little details and respect for my property was fantastic, clearly showing Scott Roofing has as much pride in their work as I have with my home.
