Scalefast No assistance after multiple attempts

I have been trying to get the tracking number and or confirmation of my 600$+ order for final fantasy 16 collectors edition from the square Enix store. I have had multiple tickets closed without assistance and without any resolution when I do speak with someone. I only get we changed stores and cannot give info here is a link. It has been the same link over and over again I would really like some help on this.

Scalefast Magic the Gathering: From Cute to Brute Commander Deck

I ordered the deck from Magic the Gathering on the 5/13/23, it shipped on the 15th & was out for delivery on the 17th, but UPS said my street number was incorrect despite the address being completely accurate & they returned the package to sender. Scalefast is the Third party they use to distribute their products. UPS returned it to a dock in La Vergne, Tennessee signed by a Ronnie around 12:00p.m. on 5/22/23. They could not do anything after it was returned to sender when I contacted them by phone, & stated I needed to contact Scalefast to fix the situation.

Desired outcome: I want Scalefast to resend the package to the original address provided, through a different courrier if possible as to avoid another hiccup. The product is now out of stock & is a limited edition item not available for resale.

I placed an order with scalefast through the square enix store, my order arrived with only one of the items I ordered. My order number is XXXXXXXX I placed an order with scalefast through the square enix store, my order arrived with only one of the items I ordered along with a figure that was not in my order. My order number is XXXXXXXX. I want a refund for the order along with shipping costs. I will pay for the one item I did recieve which is the cactaur pouch.

Scalefast Resident Evil 3 Collector's Edition not received

Resident Evil 3 Collector's Edition not received. I ordered from Capcom online store which is handled by Scalefast inc. Resident Evil 3 Collector's Edition with a total of $395 and so far I have not received my order as the game has been released 10 days ago. Usually the game will be shipped prior the release date to ensure that the person receives it on the release date. So far nothing has been received and the status on Capcom's website shows as "package in preparation". After 10 days I doubt that this is the case and something is wrong. Order number is XXXXXXXX.

Purchase Order Number *** Purchased 8 secretlair stargazing bundles from *** no updates no support no download available atall Technical issues with confirmation email and no downloads which should have been available. Most importantly NO SUPPORT OR FOLLOWUPS. Opened multiple incidents including with WOTC direct to update. Order placed February 15 there is no way to directly update status on order or get support. The single worst experience I have had in terms of the number of missed touchpoints that would help my experience. I please need an update on order my download links for arena and contact option for real support to address.

Scalefast Double charged taxes On my Square-Enix order #XXXXXXXX I was charged canadian GST and PST at checkout

Double charged taxes On my Square-Enix order #XXXXXXXX I was charged canadian GST and PST at checkout. I was then charged GST and PST again on arrival. Scalefast is insisting that these are different "import" taxes, even though they acknowledge that what they charged me already was GST and PST. They are fundamentally ignorant of how cross-border sales taxes work. GST and PST are VATs and should only be paid once per item sold, period. If they are collected in advance at checkout, then it should be indicated on the shipment that the taxes have already been paid. Scalefast is skipping a major step in their cross-border shipments and causing double-charging of taxes.

Scalefast I pre ordered the FF7 game, Scalefast took it out of the wrong account twice

I pre ordered the FF7 game, Scalefast took it out of the wrong account twice. Putting my accounts in the negative. They didn't use my Paypal credit. My pre order was on the first day for FF7 Remake First Class Edition. Scalefast took it out of my bank acct twice causing it to go negative. My preferred method of payment is my Paypal Credit card and they just completely skipped it. And they keep trying to use other cards and accts that are not my preferred method of payment. And this has been going on for two weeks now, and it's very upsetting that they continue to make this mistake instead of using the actual payment method. I would like this fixed immediately! I'm tired of paying late fees and having my accts be negative because they wont follow what is clearly laid out as my method for purchasing.

Scalefast The company processes payments for square enix

The company processes payments for square enix. I had an item I ordered months ago and they keep declaring me as FRAUD and wont answer my tickets. I placed an order on 6/11 through Square Enix Store. It is a limited item, that once out of stock may be gone forever. In March , the item is getting ready to ship, and scalefast keeps saying FRAUD and declines ALL my payment methods. Their website lists their support time as 24 hours, and its day 3 and no answer. I can't call because it says no support available, no response to voicemails, no response to emails. I've contacted the merchant who says "we don't process payments you have to call our payment processor at scalefast to resolve". I'm at risk of having this cancelled and lost forever (potentially) or having to buy an inferior alternative because scalefast refuses to do their job. I'm not happy about this.

Scalefast Charged BC Sales Tax GST/HST twice, at point of sale online Square Enix and UPS when crossing border The order was for Final Fantasy 7 Remake

Charged BC Sales Tax GST/HST twice, at point of sale online Square Enix and UPS when crossing border The order was for Final Fantasy 7 Remake 1st Class Edition. *** Purchase Order Number ***. I was charged 12% BC Sales taxes (PST+GST) at the point of sale online. This information was not sent with the packaging when it crossed the border with UPS, therefore UPS charged brokerage custom fees and the BC sales taxes (again) to import the goods, effectively being charged twice for BC sales taxes, when it should have only been once. Either Square Enix should not collect taxes at the point of sale, or tell their shippers and have the proper import documentation stating I have already paid these taxes to the BC government. The Taxes collected at the point of sale changes depending on the shipping address meaning it goes to the outbound government (not the US state tax). So is this tax paid being sent to the BC government properly? or is square enix just collecting this tax and keeping it? (since I paid UPS to pay the BC government sales taxes). I keep getting the reply: "In regards to the tax charged on your order, Scalefast is required to State regulation for US sales and local government for international orders. The taxes are calculated and based on the ship to address and follow the local rules. We cannot control any other charges that may be imposed once the package is shipped." This tax is not going to the US state, and to the BC government, so if its following my local rules, you collect this tax and give it to the BC government, they get their share, your shipping documents should support this, and I should not get charged again by UPS.

Scalefast Square Enix Store pre-order canceled without cause after verifying updated info would work on a separate order

Square Enix Store pre-order canceled without cause after verifying updated info would work on a separate order. Cancellation was due to Fraud. Placed an order via Square Enix's store website, it was a pre-order for the Final Fantasy VII Remake 1st Class Edition on 2019/6/12. Received an email from Square Enix about the payment collection date being pushed back to the end of February, specifically February 28th of this year as the game was delayed till April 10th on January 17th by the company themselves. This means the order was confirmed for over 6 months, no issues to speak of, moving on. Received another email asking about opting in to keep the Pre-order due to the delay, which I definitely accepted and confirmed. Further on February 15th, I emailed Scalefast through the support page who handles the payment collection for Square Enix. I asked them if everything was OK with my Final Fantasy order, as I tried to place another order for a different item on the same day, I used the same credit card and it wouldn't take through the store page. Afterwords,I used Paypal, using the exact same credit card and everything was fine on the exact same day I emailed them for a different order(meaning the card was fine). They told me everything was fine for order numbers ***(Final Fantasy order) and ***(Marvels Avengers game) when they responded on February 15th later that day(copy and paste response no less, definitely no effort in actually checking the order for me as the consumer). Final Fantasy order was created via my credit card, other order was through Paypal, hence my email asking if everything was OK to avoid exactly what I'm dealing with now. On March 4th, yesterday at the time of this complaint, I received an email stating, your *** order has been cancelled, no details on why - just it's been cancelled, bye. Called the support number for Square Enix(since Scalefast doesn't have one publicly available) and was told the order was cancelled due to fraud and not to call the number since they can't help with this. Emailed the support team asking for help and resolution on this matter early yesterday morning, no response as of yet.
