I urge anyone reading this to stay away from Sar Inbar. He is not what he portrays himself to be. He never pays his vendors this is a known fact and he launders money from wealthy israeli businessmen between new york and israel. that is really what he does. he is rude to all his vendors and i have no idea why his prospect park rink didnt get shut down because no vendor got payed by him on time that is for sure if at all! Sar Inbar is a crook!
I worked with sar inbar in citi pond at bryant park. It was the first time we worked together and the last. I helped him with the construction of the ice skating, holiday shops, restaurants and some of the events. I never got paid! Always an excuse always a reason why its coming later and not on time. He presents himself as an honest man he is nothing more than a small time con man!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

he is a nice person just not very ethical he doesnt anything he can to win even if it means stomping on the little person. he kisses up to anyone with money and steps on anyone who doesnt like his suppliers
he asks everyone for money and never returns that is true but isnt that pretty much everyone in new york real estate? i dont think he is any dirty than other landlords he sure loves himself though
Avoid at all cost dealing in any way with these rats, they are but a den of thieves! Not just him, but they feel it is in no way a crime to wrong you if not part of their "tribe". Breaking a contract, lie, steal, and even kill, the Talmud says it is fair game and even promoted (Palestine?)

Sar Inbar gave me 4 checks that bounced after I worked 4 months on one of his projects and i still have not been paid in full. He is a liar a fraud a conman. He always gives some lame excuse why and sorry and then disappears on people.
