I had to pay multiple times for the same services on two vehicles that were towed multiple times, and they still aren't running properly. One of the cars was actually fixed at a different shop. We were promised a warranty, but we're still facing the same issue.

I gave this company more than $6000. They said my 2004 Isuzu Rodeo required a fresh engine, so I paid for it. Additionally, I handed over $250 for a brand-new fuel pump. However, I haven't been able to drive my car ever since they worked on it. It's still not in a drivable condition.

I paid $400 for a line to be run from the motor to the radiator. When I got home, I checked the oil and there was too much oil in it. They shouldn't have been messing with that. There was oil on the underside of the hood that could have caused a fire.

I brought my truck to S T S Car Care for a repair, but they told me it wasn't the problem. However, they started finding all sorts of things wrong with it. It turned out that the issue wasn't what they initially thought, but something else entirely. As a result, the price went up. I picked up my truck yesterday, but unfortunately, it still has the same problem. Now they're saying it's the transmission.

I got a 2009 Chevy Aveo. I paid them to put in a new catalytic converter. It came with a 2 year warranty when I bought it. It's been messed up 3 times and they had to put in new ones every time. *** said the catalytic converters were bad. So, I asked for my money back. They won't give me a refund. I spent $1100.

I bought a car from S T S Car Care on December 5. I paid $2800 for it and they gave me a receipt that said "paid in full". They said they still needed to order the title. They still have my car and my money and told me I have to wait 3 weeks before I can get the car I paid for. When I went there, I noticed there were license plates, not dealer plates, on the car I bought. I asked for my money back, but the owner said, "I don't do refunds." He's the one I gave my money to.

I went to S T S Car Care in November to fix my back axle. I paid $430 for the service. When I got my vehicle back, the next day it suddenly stopped working. I noticed a strange noise coming from the back where the repair was done. I had to call for a tow truck and take it back to the shop. The mechanic told me there were engine issues this time. I had to pay an additional $100 for them to take another look. They were supposed to do a diagnostic the first time it was there. My truck was running fine before I brought it to them, it just needed the rear work done.

I gave this shop $2400.00 to fix leaks in the radiator, brake light problems, issues with the windshield wiper motor, and to do a tune-up and oil change on my truck. I got my car back and noticed that the hazard lights on the dashboard were blinking on and off, and the radiator is still leaking. I reached out to the company and they said I could bring it back to them. This is a work vehicle, so every hour it spends in their shop means I lose money. I asked them how long it would take to properly fix all the issues they failed to address, but they wouldn't give me a straight answer.

I brought my car to S T S Car Care to replace the water pump. But when I got it back, it started overheating right away. I had to find another way to get to work and called the shop the next day. They told me to bring it in, but my car wouldn't start. So they came and towed it to the shop. At first, they admitted it was their fault, but then they changed their mind when they saw that they had also caused the head gasket to fail. They wanted to charge me $2200 for a problem that they created by not doing the water pump job correctly. I have a receipt and the work was supposed to be under warranty.

I took my car to this shop to get it fixed. They ran a test and told me what needed to be fixed. I said okay and they did the repairs. But when I got my car back, the problems were still there. So I had to take it back to them. They said I needed to pay more money for more repairs. I already paid them $1700.00 and now they want another $1000.00. I don't mind paying for their work, but they haven't fixed the original problems. They're supposed to be good mechanics, but they messed up. I don't trust them anymore.

I went to S T S Car Care on October 27 to get my car fixed. However, when I got my vehicle back, I noticed that they had used old parts from the junkyard for the repairs. I specifically requested new parts, but they didn't listen. Now, I'm facing the same issues as before. I called them to complain, and they told me to bring the car back so they could test drive it. But when they did, they claimed they didn't find anything wrong with it. They even charged me for a supposedly brand new CV axle shaft, which turned out to be recycled. Later, when I took my car to another mechanic, they could easily tell that the parts used by S T S Car Care were from the junkyard. I ended up paying $1414.00 for this subpar service. Even the outer tie rod end, which was supposed to be new, turned out to be recycled. They lied to me, claiming that all the parts were new when they clearly weren't.

I got my car fixed at S T S Car Care last week. I paid a lot of money for the repairs. When I picked it up, I noticed that the same issue was still there. They told me that I needed a water pump, so I paid for it and had them fix it. However, when I drove it again, I saw that the cooling light was on. The mechanic said it needed to be filled and that it needed to burp. I drove it, but it seemed like it was still leaking coolant. I added some more coolant myself, but then the coolant light came on again. I called them and informed them about it. I took the car back to them, and now they're saying that there's a crack in the reservoir. They're asking me to pay an additional $200. I already paid them $1138 for the diagnostic and the new water pump, but it turns out that the real issue was never the water pump. It was always the coolant that was leaking. I managed to contact the owner through text, and they're insisting that I pay the extra $200. They should have diagnosed this correctly the first time.

On August 10, I had my car towed by ***. The next day, I went in and told them what was wrong and what repairs I wanted. I didn't hear from them for a week. So, I went in again and reminded them of the repairs I wanted. They mentioned something about bad pistons, but I told them not to fix that and reiterated what I wanted repaired. They said they needed to drain my tank, and I gave them the go-ahead.

A month later, I received a certified letter from them about storage fees. They never informed me when the repairs would be completed. They claimed they tried to contact me, but they never did. They blamed miscommunication, saying that no one confirmed my approval for the repairs. Then, on December 10th, they informed me that they had scrapped my car because I didn't authorize the repairs. I went to the shop, but the manager wasn't there. The service manager told me that the owner said there was nothing to discuss. I had repeatedly asked them to fix the vehicle, and I had important tools and personal information inside it.

In January/February , I brought two cars to S T S Car Care. They fixed them up, but shortly after, both vehicles stopped working again. We contacted the shop and they said they would tow the cars back to their place and fix them for free. I've taken my car there about five or six times, but they never seem to properly fix it. They used old parts instead of new ones and charged me for the new ones. They even called my partner and made a racist comment, saying they didn't want me on their property because of my skin color and threatened to shoot me if I showed up. I decided to take my car to another place, Meineke, and they told me that the power steering pump and alternator were broken. The pump was leaking into the alternator, causing my car to stop working. We asked S T S Car Care for copies of the repair orders and receipts, but when my partner called to request them, they refused to email, fax, or let her pick them up in person. We had to buy another car to replace the one they couldn't fix, and we had to pay for the same repairs twice or even more for the other car because they didn't fix it properly either.
