After reading all of the "so-called" amazing reviews, I decided to give the product a try. I purchased 1 pack for 30 days. Towards the end of my product, I noticed that I was charged for another pack. I went to my account and saw that I was signed up for a subscription the I know for a fact that I never selected. Why would I sign up for a subscription for a product that I've never tried before?!?! I immediately cancelled it and reached out to support to request a refund! I later found out that I was sent an email, that I never read because I was no longer interested in the product; I didn't notice any type of results.
I was told I selected auto-ship. I asked for proof and I was sent a screenshot of my order that said subscription- 30 days. Where is the proof that I selected auto-ship?!? I demanded a full refund and told them not to ship anything. Of course they stated the order was in process and it was too late to cancel. I was very clear in my original email that I did not want the product and I wanted a full refund. Instead, I keep receiving emails trying to get me to keep the product and asking me if I still want a return label. How many times does it take for me to say... "I do not want the product, I never signed up for auto-ship, the product did my work at all, and I want a full refund?!?
Desired outcome: I want a full refund asap, my account and personal information to be deleted, and never to be contacted by Ryze EVER AGAIN!
