RPC review: Kalyan cooperative site, RPC layout

We have purchased a site from Kalyan cooperative society in nagadevanahalli close to nagarbhavi ring road 15 years back. Society president and others involved have not paid the money to land owners and have registered the site in our name. So land owners have occupied the site. Now Society presidents, landowners and govt together are planning to aquire our sites for themselves. They are thinking that all the society members have become old and one day they will die. then they can occupy all the sites.

We have to take action against Kemparaj, who is the Ex president of this layout/society formation and file a case agianst him and put him in jail.
