I have not received my order. I have tried reaching them with no contact. I am missing my entire order ##XXXXX. Missing items: Antique Footed Wayside Pansy Porcelain Teapot 49.99 Wayside Pansy 8 Cup Square Porcelain Teapot 69.99 Shipping was 19.95 Total 139.93 I paid through paypal.

I placedan order/paid for teacups, they never arrived. I have been calling, leaving voicemails, emailing, messaging on Facebook. They do not respond. I place an order for teacups on 9/15 I was told they would ship within 5 business and days deliver in another 5 business days, being 9/29. I have been calling, leaving voicemails, emailing, Facebook messaging with no response back. Now I'm out of $200+.

The company took money for an order I placed. No further contact from them since in nearly a month. No response to email or social media messages Order number XXXXX. Paid $176.39 on 13th September . Paid via PayPal. Tried to contact the company to ask if the items have been shipped or tracking details via email and Facebook, no response to any of my contacts. Yet the company can post on their Facebook page advertising the items they are supposed to be selling.

I made an order of over $150 3 months ago. Never received a thing. Emails, calls, messages, never returned. 25 emails sent and never answered. FRAUD! This company is completely fraudulent. They took me for $155. I never received my order. I sent 25 emails. Called so many times I know the number by heart. I contacted them on Facebook, they blocked me. I am considering legal action especially since I've spoken to others who have been scammed by this company. The owners need to be stopped ASAP

I purchased an order from her in March. Still have not received complete order, they will not return my calls or emails and have blocked me on fb I purchased in March, after calling them and fb message constantly, she finally sent partial order in June. My order was a $300 order. I ordered a large container of candy dipped spoons that were approximately $80-$90. She will not refund me or answer me and I never received them. I messaged on Fb and she blocked me and blocked me from commenting on the page.

I am Japanese. I bought it in the web shop. I paid with a credit card. However, the product is not sent. Also, no contact is received. I ordered on March 31st. Payment has also been completed. *** card details 20/03/31 SP ROSES AND TEACUPS 94.91 USD The invoice number is # XXXXX. I emailed 3 times. 4/19 4/24 5/1 I wrote it on Twitter of the store. However, there is no contact from the store. I didn't receive the product. Only money was taken. I love American stationery and buy it from time to time. This is the first time I'm sad.

I still have not received any news about my order shipping after waiting almost two weeks and I haven't received my order either I ordered a set of 6 teacups and saucers on Nov 30 for *** In the email confirming my order I was told that any handcrafted items would take at least 2-3 weeks to ship but the items I ordered were not handcrafted. I was also told that any delays would be communicated to me via email but I have received no response from the company at all. Attempts to communicate with the company were of no avail. I sent an email asking when my order will ship two days ago and I still haven't heard back. I find this highly unprofessional. They lack decent customer service and the orders take too long to arrive.

I never received 4 plush bunnies that I ordered in March. I contacted this company 3 times, with no response. I would like my money back. I ordered 4 plush bunnies on March 30. My invoice number is XXXXX. I never received them. I contacted Roses and Teacups 3 times about not receiving them, to which I got no response. These items do not gave an item number. They are: Ring Around the Rosie Soft and Fuzzie Hankie Dress Teddy Bear, Luck Be a Lady Shamrock Hankie Dress Teddy Bear, Lovely in Lilacs Soft and Fuzzy Hankie Dress Bear, and Bella Blue Soft and Fuzzy Hankie Dress Teddy Bear. I paid $89.97 for all of them on my Visa credit card ending in *** I contacted them May 17, June 2, and July 2. At this point, I just want my money back.

Order #XXXXX Dated 1/4 - Ordered 3 items, received 2. Still have not received 3rd item, have not received refund to credit card either. Hello, On January 4 I placed an internet order with RosesandTeacups.com, order # XXXXX. I received 2 of the items that I ordered (only after I emailed them a month after the order was placed wondering where my order was). I still have not received the 3rd item which is a pack of gift cards - *** Butterfly Note Cards for $9.99. It has been over 6 months and I am still waiting for either a credit to my card that was used, or the item that I ordered. They have NOT EVER contacted me to let me know the status. I realize that this is a small amount of money, but it is still wrong for a company to behave this way. Their customer service is sorely lacking and I will NEVER EVER purchase anything from them again.

I didn't get my order. I ordered some tea cups on 04/22 in the amount of *** that was charged to my credit card. Today is 05/04 and I still don't have my order. The company's website said orders would be shipped within 5 business days from the time the order was placed. I have called the company's phone number multiple times but all I got was a recording. I've left voice messages and sent them emails and I still never got a response. I contacted them on Facebook and someone message me back saying their office was closed due to the coronavirus but they were still processing orders. I told them that they didn't have anything on their website indicating that they were closed. They said my order would arrive by the middle of the following week. I still have no email stating that my order was shipped. I told the company that I needed my order before a certain date. I make homemade Candles and I was going to make tea cup Candles for mother's day. I have 21 order request for tea cup candles and now I'm having to message everyone that there may be a delay in their candle. I continue to message the company Roses and Teacups on Facebook about my order #XXXXX but they still will not reply back to me. I am not happy at all with their method of service. And I see by other reviews I'm not the only person who has had this problem.

I have placed several orders with this company. First one was in March . I have had difficult time reaching some one and not receiving orders. I have spent months, since March, trying to receive all of my orders. I have called their contact number on file with no answer. No call back to the messages left. I have made contact with only employee who has now stopped responding to my emails. I used the company Afterpay to pay for some of these orders and filed a complaint also with them. My first order was on 14th for $77.98. I received only one item from this order after contacting them several time asking for the status of the order. The 2nd order was placed on March 21st for $96.27. After many emails asking for status they tell me they didn't have what I ordered in stock and gave options to choose from to replace what I originally ordered. The 3rd order was placed on March 22nd for $12.93. I did receive this whole order after again many emails asking for status The 4th order was placed on April 19th for $89.53. I received only one item from this order after contacting them several time asking for the status of the order. I had planned an authentic tea party as a fun girl time with my friends before I went back into chemotherapy again. I had to cancel because what I thought was a dream come true of items for the party was a dud due to poor service.
