Used Roger the Plumber/4Eco for years now for standard maintenance. When our old ac failed - *** came out quickly and was able to get it back up and running within the hour. He was very courteous and made sure we understood the options to make the best decision. Will definitely continue to use them going forward.

Alfonso from Roget the Plumber was great. He came in assessed and got right to fixing our issue. He even tried to get us taken care of for getting the drain scoped, but the guy with the equipment for that was dragging his feet. Alfonso is great.
As a possible future customer, I deeply upset with the result of the work that Roger the Plumber did for my neighbor, an elderly couple. They repaired a sewer line from the house to the street. The workers were distracted by their cell phones for most of the job. When they finished the grade pushed water back toward the house. The ground settled more than a foot around the clean out the installed. Now they have water in their basement when it rains. My neighbor called to have them correct the issue and they were informed by Roger the *** to contact a landscaping service. There are as many as 8 residences close to the work that was performed and I am sure that they like me will not be calling Roger the plumber for repairs.

This is an observation rather than a complaint. Potential customers should be aware that, unless 4 Eco Services changed their fine print in the last couple of months, the service authorization you'll be asked to sign states that anyone posting a negative review online without contacting 4 Eco's corporate office first is subject to legal recourse. Not sure if they can really do anything if the the reviews are factual, but this clause no doubt suppresses a number of unhappy customers from exercising their right of free speech, and warrants documenting your attempts to reach them if you do decide to write a critical review. I know in my case when they ignored a message left in accordance with their complaint guidelines I simply dropped the matter. The takeaway here is that a lack of negative reviews for 4 Eco is not necessarily an accurate indicator of whether this is a firm you'll want to do business with. Personally I'd rather contract with a firm that isn't afraid of customer reviews because they have confidence in the quality of their work. Others may feel 4 Eco's approach is a perfectly reasonably stance. Just suggesting you make you decision knowingly.

Used Roger the Plumber/4Eco for years now for standard maintenance. When our old AC failed - Roger the Plumber/4Eco came out quickly and was able to get it back up and running within the hour. The news wasn't great but he walked me through all the next steps that I needed to take and made sure I was set up with an appointment to get an estimate before he left. I had 4 Eco come to do a hot water heater flush
I had 4 Eco come to do a hot water heater flush. Found out the anode was bad, flushed the unit, replaced the anode and left the room cleaner than it was when he got there! Acy, the young man who did the work was excellent! Very professional, answered my questions and kept me informed the entire time he was here. YES, I would recommend 4Eco and will use them again in the future!

I would give 4 Eco Services 0 stars. We were longtime clients of Roger the Plumber and were always very happy with that company. When 4 Eco bought Roger the Plumber, we had them install a hot water tank. The job was sloppy, and when the plumbers turned the water off at the main valve in our front yard, they left the cover off in the grass when they were finished. A child or an animal could easily have fallen in the hole in the yard. Yesterday, we had the hot water tank flushed, and the plumber discovered that there was no drop tube off of the temperature and pressure relief valve as there should have been. He also found that the thermal expansion tank was incorrectly installed on its side. Of course, we had to pay to fix those problems.

Hauser heating and air conditioning is a very good company. We have been using them for many years in a very satisfied with their service. They are professional and clean.
