I've bought 4 cars from them and the cars I've bought have had major problems with them. I believe they are selling faulty cars to the public and making the customer pay for it. They sell cars with issues and don't tell the customers about the problems. When a customer like me comes to them because of the car's issues before they sold it to me, they make me pay car payments for it. They act like I did it to the car, but in reality, they were already messed up. Then they make the customer pay for the fixes and the car payments, and blame the customer. I believe they are extorting customers for their hard-earned money.

I bought a car from Rocky's auto sales, when I left I got the computer checked for codes, none showed up, it drove fine in the test drive. But 2 days later the truck died, the alternator was bad and I had to pay almost 600 for repairs. Another day goes by and the car is driving in an unsafe way so I pulled over and called a tow truck. The next day I contacted Rocky's about the problem saying that it happened days after the purchase, showing that the issues were hidden from us for the sale. The mechanic who worked on my truck also said that the alternator had been deliberately hidden just to sell the car. I'm asking for a refund for the alternator and battery, or for them to fix the other problems that the car is showing me.

On March 15, I gave them 400 bucks to fix my transmission. Then, on March 24, I paid the remaining balance of 900, which included the current month's note, to get my car back. But as soon as I picked up my vehicle, I noticed some new issues that weren't there before. My hood was shaking like crazy and making weird noises. Plus, somehow, the mileage on my car had magically dropped from 151 thousand plus miles to 119 thousand. I immediately called them to complain and they just told me to contact the transmission people. They claimed they only worked on the transmission and nothing else. But I know for a fact that my car didn't have any problems other than not going into drive, which is why I paid them in the first place. Now my car is even worse off and showing less mileage. I've called them countless times, gone to their place in person, and I even have recordings of our conversations where they were rude, unprofessional, and even threatened me because I kept calling for help. I've already left reviews and if this isn't resolved, I'll have no choice but to take legal action.
